Groen NFPC Braising Pan is a stainless steel, electrically heated braising pan which is equipped with integrated heating elements, a power tilting mechanism, electrical controls and a hinged cover. The Braising Pan serves as a braising unit, griddle, fry pan, oven, kettle, bain-marie, or food warmer and server. It can also be adapted for use as a non-pressure steamer.
