Vulcan Hart IR34B is a heavy-duty gas infrared salamander broiler with a 20,000 BTU/hr infrared burner and a variety of features that make it ideal for commercial kitchens.

The broiler has a stainless steel front and sides, with a heat-resistant paint finish on the top. It comes with a 21 1/2"w x 12 3/4"d heavy-duty broiling grid, and a grease collector pan located in the bottom of the broiler.

The IR34B has an infinite heat control valve and a pilot ignition system, and it comes with a one-year limited parts and labor warranty.
