Warranty Details
The product is guaranteed to be free from defects in
workmanship and parts for a period of 12 months from the
date of purchase. Defects that occur within this warranty
period, under normal use and care, will be repaired, replaced or
refunded at our discretion, solely at our option with no charge for
parts and labour. The benefi ts conferred by this warranty are in
addition to all rights and remedies in respect of the product
that the consumer has under the Competition and Consumer
Act 2010 and similar state and territory laws.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded
under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled
to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for
compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or
damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or
replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the
failure does not amount to a major failure.

Tips & Troubleshooting
- Move the antenna around to nd the best place for reception in your room.
- Try laying the antenna at if you are having di culty tuning stations
while vertical.
- Never mount the antenna until you have tested the antenna in that location.
- Some locations are not suitable for indoor antennas. If you are still having
di culty producing an adequate signal after all steps in this manual have
been attempted a rooftop antenna may be required.
- In regions with very strong reception signals, too much ampli cation can
result in a poor picture. Turn the power switch to the “OFF” position to
improve the reception.
Questions Answers
Should I use the stand with
antenna (so it is upright) or lie
it on a at surface?
For best results, lay the antenna on a at surface.
It will receive both horizontal and vertical signals
with minimal adjustment needed. When using
the stand, you may need to move the antenna
around to receive the best signal.
Can I mount the antenna on a
wall or on my TV cabinet?
Yes, you can mount the antenna using the
mounting holes on the back of the unit but
always check for suitable reception before
permanently mounting.
Do I have to use the power
adaptor?
The power adaptor can improve the signal
in some cases. If you are already receiving a
good signal you do not need to use the power
adaptor.
What can I do to improve my
reception?
You need to nd the best signal for the antenna,
this can often be achieved by moving the
antenna to face di erent directions, or di erent
locations. Also try to lay it horizontally or stand
it up vertically. While you search for the right
location make sure the power is on.
Why are some channels not
appearing on my TV or set top
box?
After connecting the antenna, make sure you
scan for new channels in your TV or set top box’s
channel menu, otherwise they may not appear
when you try to change channels.
Can I use this antenna
outdoors?
This antenna is designed for indoor use only.
