Note: Leave nuts half-tightened and do not cover the bolt cap during assembly until unit is completely assembled, then

finish tightening nuts and cover the bolt cap accordingly.

Step 1: Attach one of Backrest (A) to a Seat plate (B) with 4 M6 x 15 bolts (H), 8 6 metal washers (K) and 4 M6 nuts (M).

Repeat the same procedure for the other Backrest (A) and Seat plate (B).

Step 2: Attach one of Crossbar with bracket (D) to the bottom hole on the front side of armrest (C) with 1 M6 x 50 bolt (I),

1 6 metal washer (K). Repeat the same procedure for the other side.

Step 3: Attach one of Crossbars (E) to the bottom hole on the rear side of armrest (C) with 1 M6 x 50 bolt (I), 1 6 metal

washer (K). Repeat the same procedure for the other side. Do the same procedure for the Crossbar with bracket (D) as

Crossbar (E) to the middle hole on the rear side of Armrest (C).

Step 4: Place the 2 assembled Backrest and Seat plate onto the assembled armrest. Half-tighten the armrest with bracket

with 1 M6 x 45 bolt (J), 2 6 metal washers (K), 1 6 plastic washer (L), and 1 M6 nut (M). Repeat the same procedure

for the other side.

Step 5: Half-tighten 2 backrests and the bracket on Crossbar (D) with 1 M6 x 45 bolt (J), 2 6 metal washers (K), 2 6

plastic washer (L), and 1 M6 nut (M)

Step 6: Half-tighten the armrest (C) and Seat plate (B) with 1 M6 x 45 bolt (J), 2 6 metal washers (K), 1 6 plastic

washer (L), and 1 M6 nut (M). Repeat the same procedure for the other side.

Step 7: Half-tighten the 2 Seat plates and the bracket of Crossbar (D) with 1 M6 x 45 bolt (J), 2 6 metal washers (K), 2 6

plastic washers (L), 1 M6 nut (M)

Step 8: Attach the one of Connect (G) to Support base (F) with 1 M6 x 50 bolt (I), 2 6 metal washers (K), and 1 M6 nut (M).

Repeat the same procedure for the rest of connects (G).

Step 9: Place chair assembly on the support base (F), screwing the connect (G) to the Armrest (C) with 1 M6 x 50 bolt (I), 2

6 metal washers (K), 1 M6 nut (M). Repeat the same procedure for the rest of connects (G).

Tighten all nuts and cover the bolts with M6 bolt cap (N) accordingly
