Starline EC-1 User manual

StarLine EC-1 capacity sensor allows to perform keyless entry function by touching the car

door handle (in StarLine 6 generation security systems), control over auxiliary equipment

(for example, trunk opening) or use as the “secret” button.

When an arm approaches the sensor place, active signal appears on the sensor output

during all the time of touching.

An automatic calibration is provided for adaptation to environment changes.

Installation recommendations

It is recommended to install the sensor in a dry place behind the body plastic parts (door

handles, side mirrors, plastic moldings)

Warning! Do not mount behind metal or metal coated parts.
