STEP 2

Insert four Wooden Dowels (J), two

each side, into the top edges of

Front Board (A) and Back Board

(B). Lining up the Wooden Dowels

(J), attach Left Side Board (C1) and

Right Side Board (C2) together with

Front Board (A) and Back Board

(B) using eight Bolts, from Bolt and

Cam Lock Nut Set (F), four each

side, to secure.

STEP 3

Attach the three hinges which are

pre-assembled on the top of Back

Board (B) to the bottom of Top

Board (D) using nine Self-Tapping-

Screws (I), three for each hinge.

STEP 4

Attach the Left Spring Hinge (G) to

the Top Board (D) and Left Side

Board (C1) using four Self-Tapping

Screws (I). Repeat to attach the

Right Spring Hinge (H) to the Top

Board (D) and Right Side Board

(C2).

STEP 5

Insert the two Bottom Supports (E)

into the bottom of the assembled

storage box.

Assembly Complete.

STEP 1

Insert eight Cam Lock Nuts from

the Bolt and Cam Lock Nut Set (F)

into the holes on the Front Board

(A) and Back Board (B). Make sure

the slotted end of the Cam Lock

Nut is facing out.

PREPARATION

ŸDo not throw away any packaging

until assembly is complete.

ŸAssemble product on a soft surface

so as to not scratch or damage the

item.

ŸFor ease of assembly, 2 people are

recommended.

ŸKeep small parts and packaging

away from children and pets.

ŸSolid wood such as this has knots,

marks and cracking which are

normal and should be considered

an enhancement to the natural

beauty of this product.

ŸDo not completely tighten screws

until the storage box is fully

assembled on a level surface.
