Put off the package to make sure none of the parts is missing or damaged. If there is any doubt about the product,
please do not use it, and consult it to the experts.
Keep the packing material out of reach of the children to avoid accident( Especially the plastic bag, screw etc)
This appliance could be only operated by the person who is familiar with the unit.
When not using the appliance or the operator is absent, please turn off the unit to avoid any accidental injury or
damage.
When it needs to be repaired, please ask for expert, and use the original fitted spare part. It will be dangerous if not
following the above requirements.
This appliance is just for commercial using, not for any other use, otherwise, it may be dangerous.
Do not rinse the equipment with water directly.
Clean the surface of stainless steel periodically with appropriate method to prevent any damage brought by oxidization
or any other chemical interference.

In order to let you understand this manual and the warning labels more deeply, we classify the warning labels as follow:

Notice: It indicates inappropriate operation will cause serious injury to the user and damage to the machine.
The warning labels should be stick to the stipulated obvious location. If the labels are damaged or lost, please replace
new warning labels.

1. This machine is not allowed to process other objects not listed in this user manual.
2. Please keep clean and tidy of the operational site.
● Messy operational site can be the cause of accidents.
3. How to choose an operational site.
● Please don’t use this machine in rain or in a humid place.
● Keep enough lighting for operation.
● It may generate some spark when turning on the machine, so oil paint, gasoline, paint thinner, gas, adhesive and any
other inflammables and explosives MUST NOT be placed on the operational site to avoid any risk and danger.
4. Be cautious of electric shock
● The machine should be grounded. (The power must have ground terminal)
5. Please use the power and voltage stipulated in the nameplate, otherwise, it will cause malfunction.
6. Do not let children get close to the machine.
● Except the operator, children and any other person should not touch the machine and the wire.
● Except the operator, other people should stay away from the operational site.
7. Do not use this machine beyond its serviceable range.
● To ensure safe and effective usage, do not use this machine beyond its performance range, otherwise, it may cause
damage to the machine and accident.
8. Be cautious while operating the machine.
● Please pay attention to the operational methods and surroundings when operating the machine.
● The operator should not operate the machine when he feels tired.

9. Please dress neatly when operating the machine.
● The work cloth should be suitable, the operator should not wear necklace or any other jewelry, otherwise it be involved
into the rotation part of the machine.
● It’s better to wear anti-slip shoes when operating the machine.
● The operator with long hair should wear helmet to avoid accident.
10. Please keep safe operating pose.
● Keep the body in balance and stable during operation.
11. The wires should be placed appropriately.
● Don’t move the machine by holding the wires. When you pull out the plug, hold it with your hands; do not just pull the
wires.
● Do not put the machine in any place that will cause damage to the wires.
● Please check the wires regularly. If it is found broken, please contact the vendor or professional staff for maintenance.
12. Maintenance of the machine
● To ensure the performance and effectiveness of the machine, please maintain the saw blade regularly to ensure
sharpness.
● Please fill oil and change the consumables according to the instruction in the manual.
● The handle and other parts should be kept dry and clean.
13．Please cut off the power and pull out the plug in the following situation:
● non-use; cleaning; inspection; maintenance and power off.

14．Please make sure if there’s any unstipulated object placed on the machine before connecting the power.
● Please make sure if the regulating wench is taken off.
13. To avoid accidental operation
● Please don’t move the machine when the power is on.
● Please make sure the power is off when you plug into electricity.

15. Please shut off the machine in case any emergency.
● If you find anything abnormal during operation, please shut off the power immediately.
16. Please check if there’s any broken parts.
● Please make sure if the shield or any other parts are broken before usage and make sure if the operative condition and

● Please make sure the running parts are steady and other parts are not broken.
● Please change and maintain the damaged shield and any other parts according to the instruction in the manual. If there’s
no such instruction in the manual, please contact the vendor for maintenance.
● If the machine can not start or stop according to the normal operational method, please stop using it.
17. Please use correct parts and install in the correct location.
● Please install the saw blades and other parts steadily at the right position. Not fixed enough or over fixed will cause
danger. What’s more, please don’t dismount the shield or the fixed screws if not necessary, except for cleaning.
● Using other consumables and parts not listed in this user manual may cause accidents, so do please use the consumables
and parts stipulated in this manual.
18. Please contact the vendor for professional maintenance.
● This machine meets the national safety standard. Do not revise it by yourself.
● If you need maintenance, please contact the vendor. If the serviceman is not familiar with the machine or the technology,
it cannot keep well of the machine performance, also it will cause accidents.
19. If using detergent to clean the machine, please use neutral detergent.

Preparation before Use
● Please make below preparation before using the machine.
1．Installation of the machine
● Install the machine in the stipulated installation site, adjust the leg screw to make the machine at the ground level. Do
not place the machine on an uneven ground.
2．Earth leakage protection
● Before use, please make sure the power is set with an earth leakage protection.
● Please make sure it is connected to the earth before using the machine
NoticeFor the sake of safety and to avoid incorrect operation, DO please connect to the earth. The plug and the wires
should be connected according to the below methods:
3．Connecting to the earth wire should be done by the local professional electrician. DO NOT connect the earth wire to the
water conduit and the gas conduit, otherwise it
will cause danger
4．Connecting line
For high efficiency, please make sure the capacity of the wire and make sure it is as short as possible.

５．Please clean the machine after installation.
Although the machine has been cleaned before shipment, it get dirty during transportation, so please clean the machine
after installation.
Check before Use
Notice: Please ensure the following items before use:
Please ensure item 1-2 before connecting to the power.
1). Power
Please make sure the power is 380V as stipulated on the nameplate, otherwise it may cause accident or injury.
2). Wires
Please replace the wire if it is broken.
3). Check the machine
Please check if there’s any tools, knives, files or rags on the machine
Such additional things will prevent the normal function of the machine and cause accidents. Please pay attention.
4). Connection of the power
After insert the plug, if it is loose or poor contact, it needs to be maintain.
Please find professional staff for maintenance. If continue to use, it will cause accident.
5). Please make sure if the working indicating light is on.
Please push the green button, check if the turning direction of the blade is correct or not. (There’s a turning mark on the
machine), if the blade turns in the opposite direction, please exchange the wires. Push the red button to stop the machine.
Operation
1. install the blade
Notice: Please be careful when install the blade.
Please wear a solid glove to protect your hands when install the blade.
1). Open the upper and the lower cover
2). Press hard the tensioning adjusting rod.
3). Hang the saw blade on the top and bottom wheel.
4). Lay down tensioning adjusting rod, make the blade tense, turn the blade with your hands lightly to see if it is turning
smoothly.
2. Working/stop
1). install the minced meat box, close the upper and the lower cover, connect to the power, the work indicating light is on,
the machine is on the operational state.
2). Please press the start button after confirming the surrounding is safe.
3). Please press the red button to stop the machine when the processing is finished.
※For the machine with brake, press the stop button to relieve braking.
3. Heat circuit breaker
1). To protect the normal operation of the motor, this machine is equipped with heat circuit breaker
2). Please wait for a while after the heat circuit breaker starts, till the power indicating light (green) is on again, then the

machine can restart again.
4. Break relieving switch (optional)
Cleaning
J410 bone band saw is a food processing machine, so please pay special attention to sanitation. Please clean the machine
every time before and after use. Please install every part to its place and fasten them after cleaning.
Notice
1. Dismount the blade, scrub it and the machine with water, make sure there’s no minced meat stick on the machine, keep
the machine clean and tidy.
※Please pay attention that the switch is no spray.
2. Please be careful when you clean the blade that is mounted on the machine. After cleaning, press down the blade
pensioning adjusting rod to loosen the blade
※If the blade is always in the tense mode, it will do harm to the machine and reduce the service life of the blade.
Fasten the blade next time before use.
3. If you do not use the machine for more than 2 to 3 days, please dismount it and keep it well.
※Otherwise, there will be water between the blade and the wheel, and it will cause the blade rust easily.

This machine is so sophisticated, so if the machine can not operate, please contact the vendor for maintenance, do not
repair it by yourself.

Linkrich’s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of parts, Subject to the additional limitations below.

warranty. This warranty is limited to replacement of parts, and the shipment charge is not included.
No consequential damages. Linkrich is not responsible for Economic loss; or special, indirect, or consequential damages,
including without limitation, losses or damages arising from food or product spoilage claims whether or not account of
refrigeration failure.
Warranty is not transferable. This warranty is not assignable and applies only in favor the original purchaser/user to whom
delivered. Any such assignment or transfer shall avoid the warranties herein made and shall avoid all warranties, express or
implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Improper usage . Linkrich assumes no liability for parts or labor coverage for component failure or other damages resulting
from improper usage or installation or failure to clean and/or maintain product as set forth in the warranty packet provided
with the unit.
Residential applications: linkrich assumes no liability for parts or labor coverage for component failure or other damages
resulting from installation in non-commercial or residential applications.
Alteration, neglect, abuse, issue, accident, damage during transit or installation, fire, flood, acts of god. Linkrich is not
responsible for the repair or replacement of any parts that linkrich determines have been subjected after the date of
manufacture to alteration, neglect, abuse, accident, damage during transit or installation, fire, flood, or act of god.
Improper electrical connections. Linkrich is not responsible for the repair or replacement of failed or damaged components
resulting from electrical power failure, the use of extension cords, low voltage, or voltage drops to the unit.
No implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose: there are no other warranties, expressed,
implied or statutory, except the one (1) year parts warranty as described above. These warranties are exclusive and in lieu
of all other warranties, including implied warranty and merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. These are no
warranty which extend beyond the description on the face hereof.
