Installation Instructions
for Kodlin Trackboard Shifter Peg K73240 and Brake Pad K73242
Trackboard Shifter Peg K73240
1. Remove existing toe/heel shifter.
2. Rub shoulder bolt through shifter arm from back side. For a heel shifter the arm may need to be
removed to facilitate this.
3. Using medium strength thread locker on bolt threads install bolt through washer then into shifter peg.
4. Align shifter peg as needed and firmly tighten 96-144 in/lbs.

Trackboard Brake Pad K73242
1. Remove the existing brake pad.
2. Align Trackboard brake pad with the brake arm.
3. Using medium strength thread locker on bolt, insert bolt thru flat washer then install bolt through
brake arm into back of the Trackboard pad.
4. Firmly tighten bolt 30-50 in/lbs. but do not over tighten.
