Mounting instructions
1. Lay the snowmobile on its side for better access to
the shock absorber, spread out suitable material on
floor to protect the finish on the hood and belly pan.
2. Remove the rear suspension attachment bolts and
”fold out” suspension from the chassis.
3. Remove the stock shock absorber.
4. Mount the Öhlin shock absorber with the shaft in
the upper mounting bracket.
5. Mount the Öhlin shock absorber in the lower
bracket with the gas valve pointing upwards. For
easier installing, compress the shock absorber
slightly.
6. Reinstall the rear suspension in the chassis.
7. Make sure that all bolts are tightened.
1. Lägg snöskotern på sidan, för att lättare komma åt
stötdämparen. Lägg något lämpligt material på
golvet för att skydda lackeringen.
2. Demontera boggits bakre fästskruvar och ”vik” ut
boggit.
3. Demontera original stötdämparen.
4. Montera Öhlins stötdämparen med kolvstången i
övre fästet.
5. Montera Öhlins stötdämparen i nedre fästet med gas
nippeln uppåt. Monteringen underlättas om
stötdämparen trycks ihop något.
6. Återmontera boggit i chassit.
7. Se till att samtliga skruvar är åtdragna.
