ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
1. Secure the Main Frame (A) to the Slide Tube (F):
First, place the 50 Endcap (15) into the top of the Slide Tube (F), and place the two End
Covers (T) onto the feet of the Main Frame (A). Then place a 60x80 Bush (13) onto each
end of the Slide Tube (F). Slide the Slide Tube (F) down the Main Frame (A) to the base,
then screw in the 20 Knob (R) to lock the Slide Tube (F) into the preferred height
placement. Lastly, place the 50x70 Endcap (16) into the top of the Main Frame (A).

2. Attach the Upright Frame (B) to the Base Fame (C):
Press the End Covers (T) onto each foot of the Base Frame (C). Place the bracket at the
base of the Upright Frame (B) onto the Base Frame (C), aligning the center drilled holes.
Attach the Upright Frame (B) to the Base Frame (C) using M10x90 Bolt (2), M10 Washer
(9), and M10 Nut (11). The order of assembly is M10x90 Bolt (2), M10 Washer (9), then
insert the bolt through the Upright Frame (B) and Base Frame (C), M10 Washer (9), and
then place the M10 Nut (11) onto the end of the bolt and tighten it down. Repeat this
process for the remaining side of the Upright Frame (B).
3. Attach the Main Frame (A) to the Upright Frame (B):
Attach the Support Part (D) to the Upright Frame (B) using M10x65 Bolt (4), M10 Washer
(9), and M10 Nut (11). The order for assembly is M10x65 Bolt (4), M10 Washer (9), then
push the bolt through the Upright Frame (B) and Support Part (D), M10 Washer (9), and
then place the M10 Nut (11) onto the end of the bolt and tighten it down. Repeat this
process for the second connection point of the Support Part (D) and Upright Frame (B).
Repeat this process for attaching the Main Frame (A) to the Support Part (D).
Attach the Pad Linkage Part (H) to the Main Frame (A) and Upright Frame (B) using
M10x70 Bolt (3), M10 Washer (9), and M10 Nut. The order for assembly is M10x70 Bolt (3),
M10 Washer (9), then push the bolt through the Pad Linkage Part (H) and the frames, M10
Washer (9), and then place the M10 Nut (11) onto the end of the bolt and tighten it down.
Repeat this process for the remaining side of the Pad Linkage Part (H).

4. Attach the Foam Bracket (E) to the Slide Tube (F):
Press a 60x50 Bush (12) into each end of the Foam Bracket (E). Slide the Foam Bracket
(E) onto the Slide Tube (F) until it reaches the preferred height, then screw the 16 Knob (S)
into the Foam Bracket (E) and Slide Tube (F) to secure the Foam Bracket (E) into place.
Lastly, screw in M10x16 Bolt (7) into the side of the Slide Tube (F), this will stop the Foam
Bracket (E) from coming up higher than that point.
5. Attach the Handle Bars (K) to the Main Frame (A):
Attach the Handle Bars (K) to the Main Frame (A) using M10x90 Bolt (2), M10 Washer (9),
and M10 Nut (11). The order of assembly is M10x90 Bolt (2), M10 Washer (9), then push
the bolt through the Handle Bar (K) and Main Frame (A), place the remaining Handle Bar
(K) onto the bolt, M10 Washer (9), and then place the M10 Nut (11) onto the end of the bolt
and tighten it down. Repeat this process for the remaining Handle Bars (K) to Main Frame
(A) connection point. Once assembled slide a Handle (14) onto each Handle Bar (K).

6. Attach Pad Frame (I) to the Main Frame (A):
Attach the Pad Frame (I) to the Main Frame (A) using M10x325 Bolt (1), M10 Washer (9),
and M10 Nut (11). Align the Pad Frame (I) with the tube of the Pad Linkage Part (H) and
insert the M10x325 Bolt (1) through both parts until the M10x325 Bolt (1) is centered. Then
put a M10 Washer (9) on each end of the M10x325 Bolt (1) and a M10 Nut (11). Tighten
down the M10 Nuts (11) to secure the Pad Frame (I) to the Main Frame (A).
7. Attach the Pad Adjust Part (J) to the Pad Frame (I) and Main Frame (A):
Attach the Pad Adjust Part (J) to the Pad Frame (I) using M10x325 Bolt (1), M10 Washer
(9), and M10 Nut (11). Center the Pad Adjust Part (J) with the Pad Frame (I) and insert the
M10x325 Bolt (1) through both parts until the M10x325 Bolt (1) is centered. Then put a M10
Washer (9) on each end of the M10x325 Bolt (1) and a M10 Nut (11). Tighten down the M10
Nuts (11) to secure the Pad Adjust Part (J) to the Pad Frame (I).
Slide the Pad Adjust Part (J) over the Main Frame (A) until the preferred height of the Pad
Frame (I) is reached, then insert the 10x90 Pin (Q) through the Pad Adjust Part (J) and the
Main Frame (A) to lock the Pad Frame (I) into place. Lastly, press a 25x50 Endcap (17) into
each opening of the Pad Frame (I).
8. Secure the Foam (N) to the Foam Bracket (E):
Slide a Foam (N) on each side of one tube on the Foam Bracket (E). Secure the Foam (N)
to the Foam Bracket (E) using M10x30 Bolt (5), M10 Washer (9), and Endcap (O). The
order for assembly is M10x30 Bolt (5), M10 Washer (9), Endcap (O), then insert the bolt
through the Foam (N) and Foam Bracket (E) tube, and then tighten down the M10x30 Bolt
(5) until the Foam (N) is secure. Repeat this process for the Foam (N) on the other side of
the Foam Bracket (E) tube, and the remaining Foam Bracket (E) tube.

9. Attach the Pad (L) to the Pad Frame (I):
Align the Pad (L) with the holes drilled through the Pad Frame (I). Attach the Pad (L) to the
Pad Frame (I) using M8x40 Bolt (8) and M8 Washer (10). The order for assembly is M8x40
Bolt (8), M8 Washer (10), then insert the bolt through the Pad Frame (I) and Pad (L), and
then tighten down the M8x40 Bolt (8) until the Pad (L) is secure. Repeat this process for the
remaining Pad (L).
10. Attach the Foot Plate (M) to the Foot Plate Support (G):
Attach the Foot Plate (M) to the Foot Plate Support (G) using M10x20 Bolt (6), M10 Washer
(9), and M10 Nut (11). The order for assembly is M10x20 Bolt (6), M10 Washer (9), then
insert the bolt through the Foot Plate (M) and Foot Plate Support (G), M10 Washer (9), and
then place the M10 Nut (11) onto the back of the bolt and tighten it down. Repeat this
process for the remaining Foot Plate (M) to Foot Plate Support (G) connection point.
11. Attach the Foot Plate Support (G) to the Foam Bracket (E):
Attach the Foot Plate Support (G) to the Foam Bracket (E) using M10x70 Bolt (3), M10
Washer (9), and M10 Nut (11). Center the Foot Plate Support (G) between the brackets
located on the front of the Foam Bracket (E). The order for assembly is M10x70 Bolt (3),
M10 Washer (9), then insert the bolt through the Foam Bracket (E) and Foot Plate Support
(G), M10 Washer, and then place the M10 Nut (11) onto the back of the bolt and tighten it
down. Next, adjust the Foot Plate (M) to the preferred position and insert the 10x70 Pin
(P)through the Foam Bracket (E) and Foot Plate Support (G) to lock it in place.
