freezing.

Cakesand pastries, fish and seafood, meat, game, poultry, vegetables, fruit, herbs, eggs without
shells,dairyproductssuchascheeseandbutter,readymealsandleftoverssuchassoups,stews,
cookedmeatandfish,potatodishes,soufflésanddesserts.
Thefollowingfoodsarenotsuitableforfreezing:
Typesofvegetables,whichareusuallyconsumedraw,suchaslettuceorradishes,eggsinshells,
grapes,wholeapples,pearsandpeaches,hard‐boiledeggs,yoghurt,souredmilk,sourcream,
andmayonnaise.

Topreventfoodfromlosingitsflavourordryingout,placefoodinairtightpackaging.
