SD Memory Card
• Before inserting an SD memory card,
turn the camera off. If the SD memory
card is inserted while the camera is still
turned on, the SD memory card may
not function properly, or the data
recorded on the SD memory card may
be damaged.
For details on how to insert and remove
SD memory cards, see page 32.
• Format unformatted SD memory cards
on this system before use. When an SD
memory card is formatted, all content
recorded on the card will be erased. If
an unformatted SD memory card or an
SD memory card formatted on a
different system is used on this camera,
the SD memory card may not function
properly, or the camera's performance
may be reduced.
• For details on how to format SD
memory cards, refer to the "Setup
Manual."
• We recommend using SD memory
cards whose operation has already
been confirmed (→ page 16). When an
SD memory card other than one
recommended by Panasonic is used,
the SD memory card may not function
properly, or the camera's performance
may be reduced.
CCD Color Filter Burn-in
Intense light concentrated on one spot for a
long period can cause deterioration of the
CCD internal color filters, and discoloration
of the affected part. Even if the position of a
fixed camera is changed, the discoloration
at the previous location of the concentrated
light will remain on the screen.
