Cleveland Range SET-15

The Cleveland Range SET-15 is a "splash proof" electric table type, round, 15-gallon (56-liter) braising pan or tilting skillet. It has a high-efficiency heating system with even heat distribution via heating elements cast into aluminum, covering the entire pan bottom, and a cooking surface guaranteed against warping. The SET-15 has an adjustable, thermostat-controlled temperature from 175°F to 425°F, fast heat-up and recovery time, and a balanced design that permits easy tilting, with a left or right-mounted tilt handle. It is made of all stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning, has a lift-off cover with an adjustable vent, and a sanitary base mounting for tabletop installation.
