thehyphenrepresenttheuniquesequentialnumberassignedtoeachvehiclebuiltwithinagivenmodelyear.See

avoidunintentionallystartingorrollingthevehicle,settheparkbrake,placetheForward/Reverse

handleorswitchintheNEUTRALposition,turnthekeyswitchtotheOFFposition,andremovethe

keywhenleavingthevehicle.

KEYSWITCH

Thekeyswitch(1)ismountedonthedashtotherightofthesteeringcolumn(Figure10orFigure11).Ithastwo

positions,OFFandON,whichareclearlyidentied.SeefollowingNOTE.

NOTE:WhenthekeyisturnedtotheOFFposition,themainvehiclesystemsaredisabled.Thekeyswitchmaybe

usedasanemergencystop.

ThekeycanberemovedonlywhenthekeyswitchisintheOFFposition.

FORWARD/REVERSECONTROL

TheForward/Reversehandle(2)islocatedontheright-handsideoftheinstrumentpanel(Figure10).Thehandle
