3. Connect your two posts with the two cross bars (E):
45mm bolts (H), washers (J) and nuts (K).
- Next, attach a leg brace (D) to each side of the lower
post (C) using a 50mm bolt (I) to connect both leg
braces to the lower post (C). Use a 45mm bolt (H)
when connecting to each leg (A).
- Finally, screw in 3 leveling feet (G) in the three holes
located at the bottom of each leg (A).
- Repeat this step for other post assembly
- Stand one of your posts up and thread the cross bars (E)
in each hole on legs (A) and secure them with a washer
(J) and a nut (K). DO NOT tighten all the way until the
third cross bar (E) is connected (Figure 2).
- Stand your remaining post up and line up the cross bars
(E) with the predrilled holes on the legs (A) and secure
them with a washer (J) and a nut (K).
- The third cross bar (E) connects the two lower posts (C).
Secure in place with a washer (J) and a nut (K) (Figure 3).
- Tighten all six cross bar (E) nuts (K).

- Line your coupler up with the lowest mounting hole. Secure
in place with two 45mm bolts (H), washer (J) and nut (K).
These bolts will be perpendicular to each other (Figure 4).
- Connect the two top posts (B) with the two remaining
cross bars (E). Secure them to the top posts (B) with a
washer (J) and a nut (K).
- Attached the top posts to the lower assembly by inserting
the top posts (B) in each coupling (F). Secure in place with
two 45mm bolts (H), washer (J) and nut (K). These bolts
will be perpendicular to each other (Figure 4).
6. Attach arms (M) to the predrilled holes in the lower and top
posts on each side of the stand, to fit your needs. Secure each
arm (M) with two 50mm bolts (I), washers (J) and nuts (K).
7. Install foam blocks (L) at the base of your kayak stand.
