1 Replacing Front Glass Instruction
The following instructions explains how to replace the front glass of the Bullet cameras models
BL2002LPR series. The procedure should be performed inside a temperature control environment
with low humidity and dust free to avoid external agents to enter and stay trapped inside the camera
lens compartment where the protective front glass is installed. If external agents enter the
compartment, clean them using a microfiber cloth applying soft pressure to avoid lens scratches.
Please follow these instructions to replace the front glass:
1. Remove the black decorative panel of the camera using a plastic flat tool and applying
outward pressure on the two holes located on the bottom edge of the camera front panel.

2. Unscrew the following 4 screws as shown below:
3. Remove the black frame that holds the front glass in position.
4. Remove the old front glass and replace with a new glass.
5. Replace the black frame and its screws to hold the glass and the decorative plastic panel to
properly cover the front of the camera.
