Sportline Syncdistance is an all-day activity tracker that helps you stay motivated and reach your fitness goals. With its advanced sensor technologies, it accurately measures your body movements when worn on multiple locations and orientations. The built-in audio jack technology allows you to easily upload your data to any compatible smartphone or tablet through the MapMyWalk smartphone application. In addition to tracking your steps, distance, and calories burned, the Sportline Syncdistance also monitors your sleep and provides you with insights into your activity levels.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR STRIDE LENGTH

TheActivityTrackerautomaticallysetsyourstridelengthbaseduponyourheightinput

duringtheSetUpsequence.You maychoosetoadjustthisstridelength.Toobtain

yourpersonalizedmeasurement,seebelow.

1. Tondoutwhatyourstrideis,walkorrun10stepsandthenmeasurethedistance

withatapemeasurefromtherststep’stoetothe10thstep’stoe.

2. Divideyourtotaldistanceby10togetyouraveragestridelength.

3. For a quick estimate,walk 3steps, measurethedistance, and divide by 3.The

morestepsyoutake,themoreaccurateandrealisticyourstridewillbe.Anaverage

walkingstrideforafemaleis2feet(24in.),amaleis2.5feet(30in.).

UPLOADING ACTIVITY TRACKER DATA TO MAP MY FITNESS

1.Openthe MapMyWalk™applicationonyoursmartphoneortabletandnavigateto

theSYNCsection.

2. Adjust your smartphone/tablet volumeto its maximum level to ensureoptimum

uploadingconditions.

3.FlipouttheaudiojackfromtheActivityTrackerandinsertitfullyintotheaudioport

ofyoursmartphoneortabletuntilitclicks.

4. Pressthe MODEbuttononyour Activity Trackeruntilthe SYNC screenis shown.

Aashinglinewillbeshownonthescreentoindicatethatitisreadytouploaddata.

5. Press the SYNCbutton on the MapMyWalk™ application and your data will be

uploaded.If the Activity Trackerdoes not successfully upload after a short period,

it will time out, and default back to the STEPS screen.At this point, you will need

tonavigate back to theSYNCscreenontheActivityTrackerandtryuploadingagain

throughtheapplication.

11-REPLACINGTHEBATTERY

ThisunitusesoneCR20323Vlithiumbattery.

Batteryreplacementwillberequiredfromtimetotime,andshouldoccurwhen:

1. Thedisplayfadesinpartorcompletely.

2. Theunitisnotfunctioningproperly.

TO REPLACE THE BATTERY:

1. Removethespring-loadedbeltclipon the back oftheunittoexposethebattery

compartmentdoor. Unscrewthe battery compartment door withasmallPhillips

screwdriver.

2. Removetheexhaustedbatteryfromtheunit,andinsertanewbattery(besureto

placethepositive(+)sideofthebatteryfacingup).

3. Replacethebatterycompartmentcoverandfastenwiththescrew.

4. Replacethespringclipbackintoposition.
