DESCRIPTION
Gyros are piles of meat layers that are broiled by continuous rotation.
The broiling result is obtained by alternating heat temperatures and cooling down. This brings a constant inner
flow of gravy, comparable to the gravy obtained when roasting meat. The meat fibers do not harden and the gravy
is flavoured by the spices.
This cooking mode results in very healthy meat.
The skewers rotate in front of an open structure of heating elements with half round stainless steel reflectors for an
optimal use of energy.
The vertical grill allows broiling gyros meat layers, shashlik, kebabs, vegetables, poultry and fish with just a few
attachments. The meals are easy to prepare- simply put on the main skewers, cook, and remove by cutting the
meat into pieces, or by removing everything off the skewer at once. To operate the appliance, these instructions
need to be followed.
