Thank you for buying ANEX hand blender products,the instruction manual will help you to
acquaint the valuable information for proper usage,care & maintenance of this product.
2、Important
1.Read the manual carefully before using the machine and save it for further reference.
01. This appliances not intended for use by children, close supervision is a must when any
appliance is used or near children.
02. Check if the Voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local mains voltage before
you contact the appliance. Rated voltage is 220/230V~ ,rated frequency is 50Hz, Rated Power
300W.
03. Do not immerse the main body into water or other liquid to avoiding electric leakage .
04. If the main cord is damage, you must have it replaced by ANEX, a service center authorized
by ANEX or similarly qualified persons in order avoid a hazard. If the appliance is damaged,
always have it replaced with one of the original type, otherwise our guarantee is no longer valid.
05. Make sure all the parts are installed correctly and tighten before connect to the power .
06. Before change any parts or cleaning , please cut off the power and wait for the motor stop
revolving then unplug the plug.
07. Each working time can not be more than 30 seconds . It must be stop working when the motor
casing too hot after work for long without a rest , you need to stop 20-30 minutes to cool down the
motor .
08. Do not put the hot (the MAX temperature:60 degree) and overload ingredients into the cup for
processing to avoid liquid over-brim or body injury .
09.The blades are SHARP, handle with care in use, assembly and while cleaning to to avoid bodily
injury. If the blade is get stuck, unplug the appliance before you remove the ingredients that block
the blade.
10.Please use the accessories which advised.
11.This appliance is not intended for use by persons(including children) with reduce physical
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience or instruction concerning use of the appliance
by persons responsible for their safety.
12.The machine is for household use only ,it not suitable for use in outdoor.
13.Children should be supervised to ensure that they won’t play with the appliance.

6.How to use
Noted : Clean all the parts of machine which will touch the food before using .
Blending and mixing
Stirring rod use for blending various food , include drinking , flavoring etc ;
01. Please tighten the Stirring rod to the main body(Pic1)
02. Put the food into the blending cup (cut the ingredients piece less than 15mm )(Pic2)
03. Add drinking water ,the water level should be within the Max limit 700ML, the highest
temperature of water is 60 degree .
04. Insert the plug to the power socket
05. Put the stirring stick into the middle of preparing food
06. Press onto the power switch ,the blender will continue working .For achieve a good
effect ,please move the stirring rob up and down during processing .When you need to turn off the
machine, just move the finger away the power switch ,the motor will stop revolving immediately.

Blending
01. Please tighten the egg beater parts onto the main body(Pic5)
02. Insert the plug to the power socket.
03. Put the egg beater into the middle of preparing food.
04. Press the power switch ,the blender will continue working. For achieve a good effect ,please
move the stirring rob up and down during processing .When you need to turn off the machine, just
move the finger away the power switch ,the motor will stop revolving immediately. (Use slowly
speed switch )(Pic6)
05. Each working time should be less than 3minutes.
06. Move the finger away from the power switch when finish processing
07. Cut off the power
Chopping
01. Put the chopper cup onto the flat place , cut the food into small pieces and add into the chopper
cup (remove the bones ,muscle and fat meat before processing)(Pic7)
Noted : Do not adding the food more than MAX level to avoiding affect the processing effect ,and
protect the machine working lifetime.
02. Put the chopper cup cover onto the chopper cup and make it tighten .
03. Please tighten the chopper cup cover to the main body.(Pic8)
04. Press the power switch ,the machine will continue working .(use quickly speed first and later
use slowly speed )
05. Each working time should be less than 30 seconds
Noted : because rated power of the motor is high ,please grip the handle during processing .
06. Move the finger away from the power switch when finish processing
07. Cut off the power
08. After the blades stop revolving , Please take down the main body first and then take down the
chopper head .
09. Take out the blades from the processing food carefully to avoid bodily injury .(Pic9)
10. Take out the finished food from the chopper cup
Noted : Do not operate the chopper with an empty cup.
7.Cleaning and Maintenance
Main body and Stirring rod
01. Cleaning the main body and stirring rob completely after using the machine every time.
02. Loosen main body and stirring rod and separate of them
03. Wipe the main body with sponge or wet cloth .Don’t use any powder cleaning agent for
cleaning to avoid damage main body .(Do not immerse the main body into water or any other
liquid )(Pic10)
04. The bottom of stirring rod can be immerse to the warm water and add cleaning agent and
clean it by hands (the blades is SHARP ,be careful !)(Pic11)
Chopper and Accessories
01.To avoid the sticking foods become dry and with bad smells ,please clean the chopper
cup ,choper cup cover and blades immediately after finish processing .
02.Seperate the chopper cup cover with the cup ,and take out of blades with care ;
03.Cleaning the chopper cup and blades with cleaning agent, then rinse it with cleaning water and
make it dried .(To avoiding bodily injury ,please don’t keep the blades inside the cleaning water
during cleaning the machine)(Pic12)
04. Wipe the chopper head with foam or wet cloth to remove the food stick on it .
(do not put the chopper head immerse into water of any liquid )(Pic13)
Egg beater Accessories
01. Separate the egg beater head with the egg beater
02. Wipe the egg beater head with sponge or wet cloth (Do not immerse egg beater head into the
water or any other liquid )(Pic14)
03. Use warm water with cleaning agent for clean egg beater ,or put it into the cleaning machine
for clean.(Pic15)
Noted : all the accessories should be stored in dry place and keep away from sun. Please make
sure all the accessories are cleaned and dry before storage.
9. FAQ& Trouble shooting sheet
Problem Possible causes
The motor working as normal, but the blades do not work Check the main body if tighten with
the parts
Check the blades if stuck by any foods
Solutions
Tighten the main body with parts
Separate the blades with the blades cover , put them into the warm water for immersing 30
minutes and then tighten this two parts and connect the power supply, turn on the power switch
and let it revolving 20-30 seconds in the water.
The motor shut down during processing The motor use for a long time or the motor broken
in a high temperature.
The control panel fuse was broken by a suddenly
high electric current.
Solutions
Each working time should be less than 1 minute
Do not use the machine in a high-voltage
Return the appliance to the authorized center for repair or adjustment
The main body with anomaly shake or have a big noise check the main body if tighten
enough with parts .
Check the foods if it is overload .
Solutions
Tighten the main body with parts
Turn off the switch and cut off the power ,and take out of the overload foods.
The blades or motor device are stuck Check the blades if stuck by foods
Solutions
Turn off the switch and cut off the power, and take out of the foods , cut it into small pieces
