start guide carefully to ensure proper usage of your new product.

Note:
Use the rear USB ports if you want
to boot from an external device.
If you want to use a keyboard in
DOS mode it must be plugged in to
the rear USB port.

AC Adapter
1. DC-out Connector
The DC-out connector docks to the Power
Jack (DC-in) on the unit.
2. Adapter
The adapter converts alternating current
into constant DC voltage for the unit.
3. AC Plug
The AC plug connects directly into an AC
wall outlet.
Changing PXE Boot Options
1: Power the Contender Mini PC
2: Press Shift + F10 after the Viglen splash
s screen is displayed.
3: Choose which options best suit your
requirements.
Optional POE (Power over Ethernet) adaptor
1: Connect the power adaptor to your network
port using an Ethernet cable (Please
ensure that it is not a crossover cable). The
unit’s green LED will become active
signalling it is ready for use.
2: Plug the power jack from the unit to your
C Contender Mini PC
3: The unit can now be used.
