Congratulations on your purchase of the Electric Spiralizer from Gourmia!
You can now create delicious, healthy meals with Gourmias Electric Spiralizer.
It is designed to cut fruits, vegetables and noodles into artistic spiral strands
of various sizes. Use the spiralized vegetables as healthy alternatives or gour-
met garnishes for dishes of your choice.
Put a healthy spin on your favorite pasta dish with zucchini noodles in place
of spaghetti, or give your basic salad a gourmet look with ribbons of cucum-
bers instead of slices. With its sleek stainless steel design and easy to use

READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING
1. Please check if the local power supply voltage matches the voltage indicated on this appliance
before use.
2. To protect against re, electric shock or injury, do not immerse cord, plug or main unit in water or
any other liquid.
3. Keep the appliance out of reach of children and people with limited capabilities.
4. Unplug the appliance from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Do not unplug by
pulling on the cord.
5. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug. If the appliance
malfunctions, or has been damaged in any way, do not use it. Return the appliance
to the nearest authorized facility for repair.
6. Accessories or attachments that were not provided by the manufacturer should not be used. They

The Gourmia Electric Spiralizer includes three cone shaped
blades to achieve dierent cutting styles. In just a few
minutes you will have uniform strips with just the press of
a button, as opposed to the time consuming method of
manually spiralizing your vegetables.
The accessories are all detachable which allow for fast
cleanup and easy storage. Additionally, the handle on the
cup allows for easy removal of the spiralized vegetables.

USING YOUR ELECTRIC SPIRALIZER
Operating your Electric Spiralizer:
1. Plug the appliance into a wall outlet.
2. Make sure the cup is securely in place.
3. Cut the ends or the head of the vegetable (e.g. carrot,
radish, sweet potato, etc.)
4. Place the gear into the base. Make sure it is securely in
place.
5. Place the blade into the gear. You may need to turn it
a little to ensure that it is securely in place.
Note: Use caution when handling the blades, as they are
very sharp.
6. Place the food pusher into the feeder, and apply
pressure.
7. Place the vegetable into the feeder. Make sure it is
secure and not loose.
8. Flip the switch to on.
9. Press the food pusher down.
10. The machine will begin to cut the vegetable.
11. The cut vegetable will then fall into the cup.
12. When the process is complete, ip the switch to
o.
13. Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet.

Note: Do not operate the unit for more than

• Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet before cleaning.
• Remove and disassemble all the accessories such as the feeder, blad, food
pusher and gear.
3. Wipe the exterior of the motor unit with a damp cloth.
4. Dry the machine thoroughly.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Caution:
• The blade is sharp, handle carefully when cleaning.
• Turn the feeder clockwise to remove it.
Note: Never immerse the unit, cord or plug in water or any
other liquid.
CORD PLUG
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this
plug will t in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not t fully into the outlet, reverse the plug.
If it still does not t, contact a qualied electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way.
1. A short power-supply cord (or detachable power-supply cord) is provided to reduce the risk of becoming
entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
2. Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are available and may be used if caution is used
when using.
3. If a long detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is used:
The marked electrical rating of the detachable power-supply cord or extension cord should be at least as great
as the electrical rating of the appliance.
• If the appliance is of the grounded type, the extension cord should be a grounding-type 3-wire cord.
The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be
pulled on by children or tripped over.

This Limited Warranty is for one full year from the date
of purchase. It is applicable to the original purchaser
only and is not transferable to a third party user. Repair
or replacement of defective parts is solely at the sellers
discretion. In the event that repair isn’t possible, the
seller will replace the product/part. If product repair/
replacement won’t suce, the seller has the option of
refunding the cash value of the product or component
returned.
Product defects not covered under the Warranty
provisions include normal wear and damage incurred
from use or accidental negligence, misuse of instruction
specications or repair by unauthorized parties.
The manufacturing company is not liable for any
incidental or consequential damages incurred by such
circumstances.
