General Information
The general use of the single outlet
latching solenoid Tap Timer is an
automatictimerwithmanualoperation.
Itisdesignedfortheconsumermarket
andoperateswithtwo‘AA’cellalkaline
batteries.Theuserinterfaceofthetap
timer is easy using a six position dial
withthreepushbuttonsandalargeLCD.
This unit uses a 3 Volt DC latching
solenoidvalvetoprovideamorereliable
andconsistentopening&closingsystem.

How AUTO Mode works
The timer waters according to the
programmed start time, duration (how
long)andfrequency(howoften).
•Thestarttimesandcycledurationare
maintained during OFF or MANUAL
modes.
•AnAUTOcycleisinitiatedbyrotating
the dial tothe AUTO position.thedial
mustremaininthispositionforthecycle
torun.
• If the dial is rotated to any setting
except OFF during running of a timed
AUTOcycle,thewatervalvewillopenor
closedependingonthecycleendtime
andresumeinAUTOmode.
• Therst automatic operation occurs
ontheselectedstarttimeandthenthe
nextstarttimefollowsaccordingtothe
nominatedinterval(howoften).
