1. Insert threaded circular plate into large rectangle adapter. Align the holes labeled C on the threaded circular plate to the four holes on the large rectangular adapter. The

printing on the threaded circular plate should be readable as you hold the large rectangular adapter horizontal, see example below.

2. Insert four locking pins from red dot bag into holes labeled C on the threaded circular plate. Locking pins can be removed if needed.

3. Using appropriate hardware attach plate to device.

4. Attach locking knob to plate.

5. Attach plate to mounting arm.

6. Use locking knob to lock device into place.

NOTE: Some parts will be left over after assembly.
