Contents:
1x pair of mirrors
1x pair of 1.75inch clamps
1x pair of 2inch clamps
2x pair of rubber pads
1x pack of screws accessories
Side Mirror Mounting Instructions:
1.Remove driver side mirror from packaging, supplied clamps and one of each rubber shim (one thicker and one
thinner).
2.Determine which size clamp is optimal for your vehicle, and trimming the length of one of the provided rubber
shims may be required to gain the correct tension, notice the rubber shims have lines that make it easy to trim for
micro adjustments.
3.Place the preferred clamp back with the mirror, and hold the
mirror next to the roll cage, in the desired mounting location.
Make sure you are using the angle adjustment via a 4mm
Allen key bolt, which is inside the roll cage clamp(Fig.2). Set
up your mirror on your vehicle how you prefer (some like
higher up, some like low), use the 4mm Allen wrench to adjust
the angle. You can also do a slight adjustment for the angle of
the mirror with the 10mm nut underneath the mount(Fig.3),
and adjust the spring tension at the same time.Ideally, friend can hold the mirror in your desired location while
you are sitting in the driver seat, so you can get the correct location and angle quickly.
4. Once the correct angle is selected, tighten the 4mm Allen key bolt, and then mount the mirror with the clamp
and rubber pads. You do not have to use the rubber shims, but they reduce mirror vibration, and reduce the
clamping force needed to securely fit the mirror onto the roll cage.
5.Repeat this process on the passenger side.
Notice:
Micro adjustment can be found with a 10mm socket wrench, located on the bottom of the mirror. For fast and
rough terrain riding, we suggest increasing the tension of the spring 1.5-2.5 turns (be careful to not over
tighten). The goal is to get enough tension to keep the mirror in place, but too much tension will increase the
vibration of the mirror.
