Whenyouremovethebikefromitsbox,firstchecktomakesureallofthepartsare
present.Then,readtheassemblyinstructionsthoroughlybeforeyoubegin.
1.Takeoutthecycleframeandmakesureallpackingmaterialsareremovedfrom
theunit.
2.Placethisrecumbentbikeonalevel,flatsurface.
3.Assembletherearcrossframeontothecycle.Thentightenfourwashersand
screws.(SeeFig.1)
4.Attachthefootpedalstothecrankarmsonthecycleusingthewrenchprovided.
Becarefultoinstallthepedalsonthecorrectcrankarm."R"indicatestheright
side."L"indicatestheleftside.
Installthepedalmarked"R"ontherightsidecrankarm(asyoustandattherear
ofthecyclefacingtothefront).Whenyouinstallthepedalontheleftsidecrank
arm,rotatethepedalcounterclockwisetotighten.(SeeFig.2)

NEVERPOURLIQUIDSONTHEELECTRONICSPACKAGE.
Tocleantheplasticparts,usemilddetergentandmakesuretheunitiscompletely
drybeforeoperating.Itisrecommendedthatyoukeepallliquidsawayfromtheunit
duringoperation.Spillageofliquidsontoorintothemachinewillvoidthewarranty.
Thedurationofyourexercisesessionisdependentonyourfitnesslevel.Ingeneral,
itisrecommendedthatyoumaintainyourheartrateinthetrainingzoneforatleast
10minutestorealizeanaerobicbenefit.Asyourfitnesslevelinproves,youwillbe
