Kenroy Home 33338AB is a portable lamp with a polarized plug for reduced risk of electric shock. It is easy to assemble and takes approximately 5 minutes. Simply screw the pole to the base, pull the excess power cord through the base, screw the socket assembly to the top of the pole, squeeze the legs of the harp together and insert the two ends between the prongs of the harp holder, place the shade onto the harp, and secure with the rubber washer and finial. Prior to installing the bulb, inspect the socket for the silica packet and remove and throw it away if present.
