Refilling your kajeet wallets
Wallets are where you and your parents put the money to
pay for kajeet services. You can keep an eye on your wallet
and refill your account when it’s low. How do you do that?
There are 3 fast + easy ways:
• Get a kajeet refill card at participating stores. Then just call
the phone number on the back of the card.
• Log in at kajeet.com and go to the Refill page. With a credit card
you can replenish your balance or set up Auto-Refill, so your
account will refill regularly.
• Call us at Customer Care with your credit card. The call is free.
Remember, it’s easy to check your balance anytime, anywhere
by using the kajeet Navigator on your phone.
Why are there parent + kid accounts?
A parent + kid account lets you and your parents make decisions
together, and gives you the opportunity to show how responsible you
can be with your own phone
(which might lead to some extra perks!)

Setting up more than one phone
More than one kid at home? Finish the first activation, then go
to kajeet.com/mykajeet and click on Add A Phone.
Important! After you activate your account online, you’ll receive
your phone number at which time you’ll need to program the
phone in order to use all the kajeet services
.
It may take up to
4 hours for your data features to become activated. We’ll send you
an e-mail with all the instructions you need. If you have trouble,
call Customer Care.

Staying connected is easy
•
Calling.
With the phone turned on, type in the phone number
with area code. Then press Talk.
•
Texting.
Click the Up nav key to send a message. Then select Text.
Select a contact or enter in a phone # or email address. Select
Next and type in your message.
•
Picture Messaging.
Press and hold down the Camera button. Select
Capture to take the picture. Then select Next and, finally, press Send.
•
Mobile AIM.
Click the Left nav key for the Web to get to the kajeet
Navigator. Select Mobile AIM. Choose Download to install the app
on your phone.

Voicemail Press and hold the 1 key. Follow instructions to set up
and use. To set up voicemail the first time, you must call
from your kajeet phone. Voicemail is charged at regular
voice rates when you call from your kajeet phone.
Speakerphone Dial the phone number and press Talk. Push the
Speaker button and follow the directions.
Camera Press and hold down the Camera button. Select
Capture to take picture.
kajeet Navigator Click the Left nav key to launch the Web. You’ll be
taken to the kajeet Navigator
