What is Panasonic AC Smart Cloud?
Panasonic AC Smart Cloud provides you with several "Remote" services to control the air conditioning
units (indoor units/outdoor units) via internet and Cloud Adaptors.
Setting data will be kept for 3 years at Panasonic AC Smart Cloud.
Remote control
Connecting to AC Smart Cloud will enable you to
operate the units via internet and check the status using
a PC from a remote location.
You can view the energy consumption of the air conditioning
units by comparing the daily, weekly, monthly, values, etc.
Energy saving efficiency and Eco-friendly buildings can be
easily checked.
Distributing air conditioner

Operation and status
You can check the operational status (ON/OFF,
operating mode, alarms, etc.) of all indoor units and
outdoor units in real time.
You can also select indoor units to change their settings.
Operation scheduling
You can register daily operation schedules (ON/OFF
time, operating modes, set temperatures, etc.) for
individual indoor units or groups of indoor units.
Operations can be scheduled for up to 2 years in
advance.

Launch your web browser and enter the specified URL to display the login screen.

You must enter a user ID and password to log into Panasonic AC Smart Cloud.
If you forget your password, contact your dealer or service provider.
If the language in the Language field is incorrect, change the language.

If the password is entered incorrectly 10 times, the
Password entry field is locked for one hour, and
password cannot be entered. (The lock is removed
after one hour.)

The effective period for a password is 60 days. It is necessary to change the password periodically.

The first time you log in using the initial user ID and initial password, a screen appears so you can
change the initial user ID and initial password. These items need be changed to log in to the Home
screen.

A User Information
Displays the User ID and User type.
Logout menu and User Manual appears when selecting this section
B Menu
Displays the following menus;
Home, AC Settings, Visualization, Notification, Schedule, System Settings, User Account,
(depending on user privileges)
C Location Map
Displays a map indicating the building locations in which Cloud Adaptors (CA) are located.
When clicking the icon, the screen displays devices which currently show notification alerts.
Select [FloorMap] to display the floor map.
D IDU Operating Status Displays the operating status of the indoor units.
E Notification
Displays an overview of the number of devices which currently has notification alerts.
Select [Critical]/[Non Critical] to display the notification detail screen.
F Energy Consumption
Displays the energy consumption (of all user-accessible sites).
Compares the daily, weekly or monthly consumption based on the selected display period.

Name Explanation
G Weather information
Displays the meteorological data (weather/temperature) of the location specified by the user.
Displays temperatures from 20 hours earlier to the current time and the predicted temperatures for
the next 3 hours.
This information is updated every hour.
H You can switch the bottom 3 screens by selecting [ ].
I Hourly consumption
(today vs yesterday)
Displays the comparison result of the energy consumption for today and yesterday.
J Efficiency
Displays the efficiency by using arrows at 10% increments.
0 ~ 10% is displayed as 10%. For more than 10%, the value is displayed in increments of 10%.
Efficiency (Actual Capacity/Actual Power Consumption, Nominal Capacity/Nominal Power
Consumption) of each site means 100% of the efficiency in the last hour.
K Eco-friendly Building List
Displays the CO2 equivalent energy consumption by the number of trees necessary to offset the
CO2.
CO2 Tree Calculation formula is as follows::
CO2 Factor Units is kg CO2/kWh
0.002485434 (kg) this constant is the value of CO2 absorbed by a tree per hour. Trees needed
to absorb CO2 = (Accumulated instantaneous power in kWh of site * CO2 conversion factor) /
0.002485434

You can select indoor units to change settings, for example, start or stop them, or change their set
temperature, etc. Change settings in the “AC Remote Control” dialogue.
You can also select multiple indoor units and operate them using the same settings.

The indoor unit cannot be controlled while performing the service check.

You can also change the ventilation system and demand control settings (ON or OFF only).
