Operation Instructions:

1, Preparation:

Clean surface of the micrometer with soft cloth. Adopt anhydrous alcohol,

not organic solvent such as acetone.

Ensure the micrometer is installed with a 1.5V cell battery.

2, ON/OFF ZERO Key:

Short press “ON/OFF ZERO” key for power on the micrometer and it shows

the preset value.

If there is no preset value, it shows “0.000mm”.

At the working mode, if the measuring value has been presetted, press

“ON/OFF ZERO” key will return to the preset value.

Keep pressing ON/OFF ZERO key for power off.

3, mm Key:

Conversion:

Short press “mm” key for inch/metric system interchange at any position.

Preseting:

At working mode, keep pressing “mm” button to enter the preseting status,

then short press “ON/OFF ZERO” key to set the first digit from 0～9, short press

“mm” key to turn to set the second digit value. When all the digits are set down,

keep preseting “mm” key to end preset.

Note: once set down the preset value, it will stay until battery is used up or

taken out

Battery Replacement:

1, Screw off the battery cover, replace with a new battery (positive pole face

out)

2, After the battery replacement, the default value is 0.000mm. Please preset

the starting point of measurement again if necessary.

Note:

1, Need calibrate before using.

2, Ensure the micrometer away from crash and drop.

3, Do not take off the data output cover if no use. Avoid metal device from data

output port so as not to damage the electronic circuit.

4, Never apply voltage (e.g. engraving with an electric pen) on any part of the

digital caliper for fear of damaging the circuit.

5, Please take out the battery when the digital caliper is not used for a long

time.
