3.Gettingstarted:
z OpenthebatteryCover(C2).
z Insert 2 x AA size alkaline batteries observing
polarity[“+”and“–“marks].Thereisclick”sound
wheninsertbatteriestoreminduserthebatteries
wasinsertedcorrectly.
z Replacethebatterycompartmentcover.
z Place the unit onto flat surface; the unit is ready
forusenow.
4.TimeSetting
4.1ManualTimeSetting:
z In time display, hold “MODE/ button (B1)
for 3 seconds to enter Clock/Calendar setting
Mode.
z Press (B2) or (B4) button to adjust the
settingand press“MODE”button (B1)to confirm
eachsetting.
z (By keeping the (B2) or (B4) button
pressed, could accelerate the process and reach
thedesiredvaluemorequickly)
z The setting sequence is shown as follow:,
Weekday&MonthLanguage,12/24Hr,RCC(Radio
Clock) ON/OFF, Time Zone, Hour, Minute, Year,
Month,Da y,DST.
z There are 8 languages, English, German, French,
Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish and Swedish, for
dayofweek&Month.
4.2RadioControlledTime:
z After the startup of the unit, the clock
automatically starts to scan the MSF time signal.

z The clock automatically synchronizes with the
MSFradiosignaleverydayat2.00amtomaintain
accuratetimekeeping.Ifsynchronizationwiththe
MSF radio signal fails,
on LCD disappears
and the clock then attempts to synchronize with
theMSFradiosignalat3.00amand4am.
z The clock can be set to scan the radio signal
manually by holding
button (B5) for 3
seconds. Each reception takes around several
minutes. Ifreceptions fail, scanning stops. (“
on LCD disappear) and repeats again on next full
hour. E.g. scanning failed at 8:20a.m. It will scan
againat9:00a.m.
z Stop scanning MSF radio signal by holding
button(B5)for3seconds.
z DSTshownon the LCD ifitisinDaylightSaving
TimeMode.

AllSettingmodewillautomaticallyexitinaround15
secondswithoutanyadjustment.

5.Lockbuttons
z Hold (B2) and (B4)button at the same
timefor5secondstolocktherestbuttons.When
rest buttons’ functions been locked, icon
displayed. Hold (B2) and (B4) button 5
secondsagaintounlock.
6.Precautions
z The clock loses its time information when the
batteryisremoved.
z UseapintopresstheresetbuttoniftheUnitdoes
notworkproperly.
z Do not expose it to direct sunlight, heavy heat,
cold,highhumidityorwetareas.
z Nevercleanthedeviceusingabrasiveorcorrosive
materials or products. Abrasive cleaning agents
may scratch plastic parts and corrode electronic
circuits.
