Troubleshooting
If you’re having trouble connecting:
• Make sure that the Router is turned on and all the cables are in the right place.
• Check the LED’s are lit and not in a blinking state or o.
• The speed is dependent on signal strength - try moving the Router closer to a window.

Safety notes
General
Please read this user guide carefully before using the Router. The Router’s purpose is to provide improved mobile Wi-Fi
connectivity coverage inside your oce. Do not use this device for any other purpose, as doing so may be dangerous.
Placement
The Router and all its components (including cables and power adaptor) should be placed in a dry, indoor area, at
elevated heights such as on top of shelves, cabinets, etc. It should be kept away from any wet or damp environments
such as kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms or any other areas with exposure to moisture, sprays, drips, or running
water. To prevent interference, place the Router away from TV sets, radio and other electronic equipment. While in
service, people should stand back at least 20 cm from the device’s antenna and the antenna should not be placed
alongside any other antenna or transmitting device.
Emergency
Do not rely on the Router to provide emergency calls in all situations. It will only support emergency dialing when there
is power and connection to the mobile network. If the power fails, the Router cannot work. If you have no network
coverage you will not be able to make emergency calls. The Router does not include xed line wired access to the PSTN.
For More Time:
If your connection is unused for 12 months, you can recharge using the More Time recharge
option. The balance of AED 55 will be used to renew your connection.
Monthly plan customers can refer to their monthly bill, SMS the keyword ‘Rewards’ to
1233 or visit selfcare.du.ae for a complete list of charges.
To check and recharge your balance at any time, simply click on the ‘Balance & recharge’
menu through your internet key management page.
