3. Drill holes into rear crossmember using a 3/16" drill bit and enlarge the holes with a 1/2” drill bit.
Warning: Use caution while drilling through the crossmember as the
fuel tank is located directly behind it.
4. Loosely secure the Bumper Brackets to the crossmember with the included 10mm Bolts, 10mm Flat
Washers, 10mm Lock Washers, and 10mm Nuts. Do not torque at this time.
5. Mount the Rear Tube Bumper onto the Bumper Brackets using the supplied 12mm Bolts, 12mm Flat
Washers, 12mm Lock Washers and 12mm Nuts. Torque to 45 ft/lbs.
6. Torque the Bumper Bracket to the crossmember bolts to 45 ft/lbs.
