Garantiebedingungen

Die Garantiefrist beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum.

gut auf. Diese Unterlage wird als Nachweis

für den Kauf benötigt.

Tritt innerhalb von drei Jahren ab dem Kauf-

datum dieses Produkts ein Material- oder

Fabrikationsfehler auf, wird das Produkt von

uns – nach unserer Wahl – für Sie kostenlos

repariert oder ersetzt. Diese Garantieleistung

setzt voraus, dass innerhalb der Drei-Jahres-

Frist das defekte Produkt und der Kaufbeleg

(Kassenbon) vorgelegt und schriftlich kurz

beschrieben wird, worin der Mangel besteht

und wann er aufgetreten ist.

Wenn der Defekt von unserer Garantie ge-

deckt ist, erhalten Sie das reparierte oder ein

neues Produkt zurück. Mit Reparatur oder

Austausch des Produkts beginnt kein neuer

Garantiezeitraum.

Garantiezeit und gesetzliche Män-

gelansprüche

Die Garantiezeit wird durch die Gewähr-

leistung nicht verlängert. Dies gilt auch für

ersetzte und reparierte Teile. Eventuell schon

beim Kauf vorhandene Schäden und Mängel

müssen sofort nach dem Auspacken gemeldet

werden. Nach Ablauf der Garantiezeit anfal-

lende Reparaturen sind kostenpﬂichtig.

Garantieumfang

Das Produkt wurde nach strengen Qualitäts-

richtlinien sorgfältig produziert und vor Anlie-

ferung gewissenhaft geprüft. Die Garantieleis-

tung gilt für Material- oder Fabrikationsfehler.

Diese Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf Pro-

duktteile, die normaler Abnutzung ausgesetzt

sind und daher als Verschleißteile angesehen

werden können oder für Beschädigungen an

zerbrechlichen Teilen, z. B. Schalter, Akkus

oder die aus Glas gefertigt sind.

Diese Garantie verfällt, wenn das Produkt

beschädigt, nicht sachgemäß benutzt oder

gewartet wurde. Für eine sachgemäße Be-

nutzung des Produkts sind alle in der Bedie-

nungsanleitung aufgeführten Anweisungen

genau einzuhalten. Verwendungszwecke und

Handlungen, von denen in der Bedienungs-

anleitung abgeraten oder vor denen gewarnt

wird, sind unbedingt zu vermeiden.

Das Produkt ist lediglich für den privaten

und nicht für den gewerblichen Gebrauch

bestimmt. Bei missbräuchlicher und unsachge-

mäßer Behandlung, Gewaltanwendung und

bei Eingriﬀen, die nicht von unserer autori-

sierten Service-Niederlassung vorgenommen

wurden, erlischt die Garantie.

The warranty begins on the date of purchase.

Please keep the original receipt. This document

is required as veriﬁcation of the purchase.

If a material or manufacturing defect arises

within three years from the purchase date of

this product, the product will be repaired or re-

placed, as per our choice, at no charge to you.

This warranty service requires the submission of

the purchase receipt and the defective product

within the three-year period and a short written

description of the defect and when it arose.

If the defect is covered by our warranty, the

repaired or a new product will be returned to

you. The warranty period does not restart with

the repair or replacement of the product.

Guarantee period and statutory

claims for defects

The guarantee period will not be extended

by the warranty. This also applies to replaced

and repaired parts. Damage and defects

which may possibly already exist upon pur-

chase must be reported immediately after

unpacking. After the guarantee period has

expired, required repairs shall be subject to

a charge.

Scope of guarantee

The device has been carefully produced un-

der strict quality guidelines and conscientious-

ly inspected prior to delivery. The guarantee

service applies to material or manufacturing

faults. This guarantee does not extend to prod-

uct parts, which are exposed to normal wear

wearing parts or to damage to fragile parts,

This guarantee shall lapse, if the product is

damages, not used properly or maintained

properly. For proper use of the product, all

of the instructions in the operating instructions

must be precisely complied with. Purposes

and actions, which are dissuaded from or

warned about in the operating instructions

must be avoided.

The product is only intended for private and

not commercial use. In the case of abusive

and improper handling, use of force and with

interventions, which are not performed by

our authorised service branch, the guarantee

shall lapse.

Jeśli w przeciągu trzech lat od daty zakupu

tego produktu ujawni się wada materiało-

wa lub błąd produkcyjny, produkt – według

naszego uznania – zostanie przez nas

bezpłatnie naprawiony lub wymieniony na

nowy. Warunkiem skorzystania ze świadczeń

gwarancyjnych jest przedłożenie w czasie

trzyletniego okresu gwarancyjnego wadliwe-

go urządzenia i dowodu zakupu (paragonu)

oraz krótkie opisanie, na czym polega wada

i kiedy wystąpiła.

Jeśli nasza gwarancja obejmuje tę wadę,

otrzymają państwo naprawiony lub nowy

produkt. Wraz z naprawą lub wymianą pro-

duktu nie rozpoczyna się nowy okres obowią-

zywania gwarancji.

Okres gwarancji i roszczenia z

tytułu wad

Rękojmia nie wydłuża okresu gwarancji. Do-

tyczy to również części wymienionych i na-

prawionych. Szkody i wady produktu obec-

ne już w momencie zakupu należy zgłosić

niezwłocznie po rozpakowaniu. Po upływie

okresu gwarancji naprawy są płatne.

Zakres gwarancji

Urządzenie zostało wyprodukowane z za-

chowaniem staranności i surowych wytycz-

nych jakości, i sprawdzone przed dostawą.

Gwarancja obejmuje wyłącznie szkody mate-

riałowe i fabryczne. Niniejsza gwarancja nie

obejmuje części produktu, które podlegają

normalnemu zużywaniu i dlatego są uważa-

ne za części zużywające się, ani uszkodzeń

łamliwych części, np. Wyłączników, akumula-

torów lub części wykonanych ze szkła.

Gwarancja traci ważność, jeżeli produkt zo-

wowany w nieprawidłowy sposób. W celu

należytego użytkowania produktu należy

dokładnie przestrzegać wszystkich instrukcji

podanych w instrukcji obsługi. Należy bez-

względnie powstrzymać się od zastosowań

i sposobów obchodzenia się z produktem,

które w instrukcji obsługi są odradzane lub

przed którymi instrukcja ostrzega.

Produkt zarejestrowany jako wadliwy moż-

na następnie odesłać bez opłaty poczto-

wej pod otrzymanym adresem serwisu, do-

łączając dowód zakupu (paragon) oraz

opis lokalizacji i czasu wystąpienia wady.

Wraz z wymianą urządzenia lub ważnej

części, zgodnie z obowiązującym art. 581

§1 kodeksu cywilnego, okres gwarancji roz-

Garantijos laikotarpis ir įstatyminės

garantijos reikalavimai

Garantijos laikotarpis nepratiesiamas dėl

garantinių įsipareigojimų. Tai galioją pa-

keistoms ir suremontuotoms dalims. Apie

gedimus ir defektus, aptiktus įsigijimo metu,

turi būti pranešta iš karto po išpakavimo. Pa-

sibaigus garantiniam laikotarpiui remontas

yra mokamas.

Garantijos turinys

Prietaisas buvo kruopščiai pagamintas pa-

gal griežtas kokybės direktyvas ir kruopščiai

išbandytas prieš pristatymą. Garantija tai-

koma medžiagų ar gamybos defektams. Ši

garantija netaikoma nusidėvinčioms gaminio

dalims, kurios dėl to gali būti laikomos nusi-

dėvėjusiomis dalimis, arba pažeidžiamoms

dalims, pvz., jungikliams, baterijoms arba

dalims iš stiklo.

Ši garantija negalioja, jeigu gaminys buvo su-

gadintas, netinkamai naudojamas ar prižiūri-

mas. Kad gaminys būtų tinkamai naudojamas,

turi būti griežtai laikomasi visų eksploatacijos

instrukcijoje pateiktų nurodymų. Būtina vengti

eksploatacijos instrukcijoje nerekomenduoja-

mų arba uždraustų naudojimo tikslų ir veiks-

mų.

Gaminys skirtas tik privačiam ir nekomerci-

niam naudojimui. Garantija atšaukiama, jeigu

gaminys buvo naudojamas netinkamai, ne

pagal paskirtį, taikant jėgą ir buvo ardomas

ir remontuojamas ne mūsų įgalioto serviso
