The Fellowes POWERSHRED C-525 is a high-security shredder that can shred paper, credit cards, CDs/DVDs, staples, paper clips, junk mail, and 3.5" diskettes. It features Auto Oil™ to lubricate cutters automatically, extending the shredder's life, and a Sleep Mode that shuts down the shredder after 1 hour of inactivity to save energy. With a strip-cut size of 1/4" and a cross-cut size of 3/16" x 1-1/2", the C-525 can shred up to 50 sheets of paper per pass (strip-cut) or 34 sheets per pass (cross-cut).

• ThisshredderhasaDisconnectPowerSwitch(C)inthedoor.Thedoor
mustbeclosedtooperateshredder.Incaseofemergency,opendoor.
Thisactionwillstopshredderimmediately.
• Avoidtouchingexposedcuttingbladesundershredderhead.
• Shreddermustbepluggedintoaproperlygroundedwalloutletor
socketofthevoltageandamperagedesignatedonthelabel.The
groundedoutletorsocketmustbeinstalledneartheequipmentand
easilyaccessible.Energyconverters,transformers,orextensioncords
shouldnotbeusedwiththisproduct.
