Safety instrucons
When using any electrical appliance, basic safety precauons should always be
followed including:
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilies or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instrucon
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and
supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than
8 years old.

Check the power cord and plug regularly for any damage. If the cord or the

Before using the product
Wipe both the interior and exterior with a slightly damp cloth or kitchen
paper.
To enhance the non-sck performance of the wae maker plates, always
rub the plates with a lile buer or margarine (suitable for frying).
When using the wae maker for the rst me it may emit a lile smoke.
This is due to the plates curing and will stop aer a short me.
There are two lights on the wae maker. The red light indicates that the
power is on and the green light indicates that the unit is heang. When the
wae maker has reached the correct cooking temperature, the green
“ready” light will go out. This light will cycle on and o whilst the appliance
is in use to keep a constant cooking temperature.
For best results, wait unl the unit is up to the correct temperature (just as
the green light goes out) before adding the wae mixture to the product.
Ensure the food Is thoroughly cooked all the way through before eang it.
How to use your wae maker
Plug in the wae maker in, the unit will automacally begin to pre-heat.
When the ready light goes out open the appliance and pour the baer
evenly onto the boom plate. Make sure not to overll the wae plates as
the baer will ow over the edges of the plate.
Close the lid of the appliance and do not touch it during use.
Do not open the cover for the rst minute.
Bake unl golden brown, usually about 5-6 minutes.
Remove the waes with a plasc or wood spatula. Never use any sharp
objects as they will damage the non-sck coang.
Before making more waes wait for the green light on the wae maker to
go out indicang that the appliance has reached its maximum operang
temperature.
When you have nished using the wae maker unplug the cord from the
outlet and leave the appliance open to cool.

Preparaon
1. Melt the buer and then allow it too cool completely.
2. Whisk the eggs together.
3. Mix the buer, sugar and milk together.

Cleaning and maintenance
Always remember to unplug the unit from the electrical outlet when it is not
in use and before cleaning.
Let the unit cool down completely before cleaning.
The wae plates are not removable, to clean the wae plates rst remove
pieces of food such as burnt on dough, use only so tools for cleaning such
as plasc or wooden spoons, never use any baking oven sprays or sharp,
pointed or scouring cleaning materials, you can then clean the wae plates
with hot water. Allow the housing and wae plates to dry before storing.
The body of the appliance and the stand should be cleaned with a damp
cloth. Do not use bleach or other abrasive substances or solvents to clean
your appliance as It can be damaging to the nish.

Returned products must be cleaned and returned to us in as close to delivery
condion as possible.
If your product develops a problem within the rst 12 months of the xed
warranty, we will pay all shipping costs to have it returned to us. Aer 12 months
the customer will be liable for the cost of returning the product to us. We will then
pay to have the repaired/replaced item shipped back to the customer.

Electrical Informaon
Please note:
It is extremely important that the wires or cores in the ex are connected to the
correct terminals in the plug. If the colour of the mains lead of the appliance does
not correspond with the coloured markings idenfying the terminals in your plug
proceed as follows:
The Live (Brown) wire
connects to the right-
most live (L) terminal
nearest to the fuse.
The Neutral (Blue) wire
