correct use ,before installing and first using the
appliance ,read this user manual carefully ,in-
cluding its hints and warnings. To avoid un-
necessary mistakes and accidents ,it is import-
ant to ensure that all people using the appli-
ance are thoroughly familiar with its operation
and safety features. Save these instructions and
make sure that they remain with the appliance
if it is moved or sold ,so that everyone using it
through its life will be properly informed on
appliance use and safety.
For the safety of life and property keep the
precautions of these users instructions as the
manufacturer is not responsible for damages
caused by omission.
This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical ,sensory or mental capabilities ,or
lack of experience and knowledge ,unless
they have been given supervision or instru-
ction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety. Children
should be supervised to ensure that they do
not play with the appliance.
Keep all packaging well away from children.
There is risk of suffocation.
If you are discarding the appliance pull the
plug out of the socket ,cut the connection
cable (as close to the appliance as you can)
and remove the door to prevent playing
children from suffering an electric shock or
from closing themselves inside it.
If this appliance featuring magnetic door
seals is to replace an older appliance hav-
in g a spring lock (latch) on the door or lid ,
be sure to make that spring lack unusable
before you discard the old appliance. This
will prevent it from becoming a death trap
fo r a child.

as ice cream makers) inside of refrigerating
appliances ,unless they are approved for this
purpose by the manufacturer.
Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.
The refrigerant isobutane (R600a) is contai-
ned within the refrigerant circuit of the
appliance ,a natural gas with a high level of
environmental compatibility ,which is never-
theless flammable.
During transportation and installation of the
appliance ,be certain that none of the comp-
onents of the refrigerant circuit become
damaged.

It is dangerous to alter the specifications or
modify this product in any way. Any damage
to the cord may cause a short-circuit ,fire
and/or electric shock.
Any electrical component (power
cord ,plug ,compressor) must be replaced
by a certified service agent or qualified
service personnel.
1. Power cord must not be lengthened.
2. Make sure that the power plug is not
squashed or damaged by the back of the
appliance. A squashed or damaged power
plug may overheat and cause a fire.
3. Make sure that you can come to the
mains plug of the appliance.
4. Do not pull the mains cable.
5. If the power plug socket is loose ,do not
insert the power plug. There is a ri sk o f
electric shock or fire.
6. You must not operate the appliance with-
-out the lamp cover of interior lighting.
This appliance is heavy. Care should be
taken when moving it.
Do not remove nor touch items from the
freezer compartment if you hands are
damp/wet ,as this could cause skin abrasio-
ns or frost/freezer burns.
Avoid prolonged exposure of the appliance
to direct sunlight.

Daily use
Freezing fresh food
The freezer compartment is suitable for
freezing fresh food and storing frozen and
deep-frozen food for a long time.
Place the fresh food to be frozen in the
bottom compartment.
The maximum amount of food that can be
frozen in 24 hours is specified on the rat-
ing plate ,a label located on the inside of
the appliance.
The freezing process lasts 24 hours: during
this period do not add other food to be
frozen.
Storing frozen food
When first starting-up or after a period out of
use. Before putting the product in the compart-
ment let the appliance run at least 2 hours on
the higher settings.
In the event of accidental defrosting ,
for example
the power has been off for longer
than the value shown in the technical charact-
eristics chart under “rising time” ,the defrosted
food must be consumed quickly or cooked
immediately and then re-frozen (after cooked).
Important!
Thawing
Deep-frozen or frozen food ,prior to be used ,can
be thawed in the freezer compartment or at
room temperature ,depending on the time avai-
lable for this operation.
Small pieces may even be cooked still frozen ,
directly from the freezer. In this case ,cooking
will take longer.
Ice-cube production
This appliance is equi pped with one or more
trays for the production of ice-cubes.

First use
Cleaning the interior
Before using the appliance for the first time ,
wash the interior and all internal accessories
with lukewarm water and some neutral soap so
as to remove the typical smell of a brand new
product ,then dry thoroughly.
Important!
Do not use detergents or abrasive
powders ,as these will damage the finish.

The walls of the refrigerator are equi pped with
a series of runners so that the shelves can be
positioned as desired.
Positioning the door shelves
To permit storage of food packages of various
sizes ,the door shelves can be placed at differ-
ent heights.
To make these adjustments proceed as follows:
gradually pull the shelf in the direction of the
arrows until it comes free ,then reposition as
required.
Vegetable Drawer
The drawer is suitable for storing fruit and
vegetables.
Normal Operating Sounds
Yo u ma y he ar a faint gurgling and a bubbl-
ing sound when the refrigerant is pumped
through the coils or tubing.
When the compressor is on ,the refrigerant
is being pumped around and you will hear
These are normal
operating sounds.
What to do if...
Caution!
Before troubleshooting ,disconnect
the power supply.
On ly a qualified electrician of competent
person must carry out the troubleshooting
that is not in this manual.
Important!
There are some sounds during normal
use (compressor ,refrigerant circulation).

Accumulation of dust at the condenser in-
creases energy consumption. For this reas-
on carefully clean the condenser at the back
of the appliance once a ye ar w it h a soft br-
us h or a vacuum cleaner.
Check the water drain hole on the rear wall
of the fridge compartment. Clear a blocked
drain hole with the aid if something like
soft green peg ,be careful not to make any
damage to the cabinet by sharp things.
After everything is dry place appliance back
into service.
Defrosting of the freezer
The freezer compartment ,however ,will become
progressively covered with frost. This should
be removed.
Never use sharp metal tools to scrape off frost
from the evaporator as you could damage it.
However ,when the ice becomes very thick on
the inner liner ,complete defrosting should be
carried out as fellows:
pull out the mains plug from the socket;
remove all stored food ,wrap it in several
layers of newspaper and put it in a cool
place;
keep the door open ,and placing a basin
underneath of the appliance to collect the
defrost water;
when defrosting is completed ,dry the
interior thoroughly
replace the plug in the power socket to run
the appliance again.
The rear wall of the fridge compartment covers
with frost when the compressor is running ,and
defrosts when the compressor if off. The water
from the thawing frost evaporates by itself.

Installation
Read the Safety information”carefully for
your safety and correct operation of the
appliance before installing the appliance.
Install this appliance at a location where the
ambient temperature corresponds to the climate
class indicated on the rating plate of the
appliance:

Unusual noises

Re-adjust the feet.
Move the appliance slightly.
A component , e .g . a pi pe ,on
the rear of the appliance is
touching another part of the

Replacing the lamp
Before replacing the lamp ,shall
disconnect the appliance from mains
power supply..
Caution!
Lamp specification: 220-240V ,max. 15W
Follow below process to replace the lamp:
1. Set the temperature regulation knob at num-
ber 0 to switch off the appliance.
2. Unplug the appliance to make sure the
appliance is disconnected from main power
supply.
3. Remove the screw of the lamp cover.
4. Pull the lamp cover out.
5. According to the direction showed in below
picture ,unscrew the lamp.
6. Fit new lamp according to the opposite
direction ,then replace the lamp cover and
screw.
7. Plug in the appliance and regulate the knob
to right position.

Electrical connection
The appliance should be level in order to elim-
inate vibration. To make the appliance level ,it
should be upright and both adjusters should be
firmly contacted with the floor. You can also
adjust the level by screwing out the appropriate
level adjuster at the front (use your fingers or
a suitable spanner).

The appliance should be installed well away
from sources of heat such as radiators ,boilers ,
direct sunlight etc. Ensure that air can circul-
ate freely around the back of the cabinet. To
ensure best performance ,if the appliance is
positioned below an overhanging wall unit ,the
minimum distance between the top of the cabi-
net and the wall unit must be at least 100 mm.
Ideally ,however ,the appliance should not be
positioned below overhanging wall units. Accu-
rate leveling is ensured by one or more adjust-
able feet at the base of the cabinet.

As the colours of the wires in the mains lead
of this appliance may not correspond with the
coloured markings identifying the terminals in
your plug ,proceed as follows:
1. Connect the wire coloured green and yellow
to the terminal marked either with the letter
E or by the earth symbol or coloured
green and yellow.
2. Connect the wire coloured blue to the termi-
nal either marked with the letter N or col-
oured black.
3. Connect the wire coloured brown to the ter-
minal either marked with the L or colour-
ed red.
4. Check that no cut ,or stray strands of wire is
present and the cord clamp is secure
over the outer sheath.
5. Make sure the electricity supply voltage is
the same as that indicated on the appliance
rating plate.
6. Switch on the appliance.
The appliance is supplied with a 13 a mp plug
fitted . I n th e event of having to change the
fuse in the plug supplied ,a 13 amp ASTA
approved (BS 1362) fuse must be used.

Warning!
A cut off plug inserted into a 13
amp socket is a serious safety (shock) ha-
zard. Ensure that it is disposed of safety.
Door reversibility
The side at which the door opens can be
changed from the left side (as supplied) to
the right side ,if the installation site requires.
Before you start lay the refrigerator on its back
in order to gain access to the base ,you should
rest it on soft foam or similar material to avoid
damaging the cooling pi pes at the rear of refri-
gerator.
1. Stand the refrigerator , u se a flat bladed
screw driver to remove the 4 screw covers
in the refrigerator lid.
