CURVED FRONT BODY
P/N 19757
For the MIG-41 PUSH-PULL GUN
The curved front body was made available for those desiring to replace the standard straight front body on the MIG-
41 gun. Wire Guide Assembly P/N 19758 (includes plastic liner P/N 19759) is required for use with the curved front
body.
To replace straight front body with curved front body, proceed as follows ( see booklet F-14-363 for reference):
1. Remove straight front body (19258) and the copper wire guide (19263 or 19991) from the MIG-41 gun. Retain
lock nut (19264).
2. Assemble wire guide (19758) and secure with locknut 19264.
3. Assemble tapered end of plastic liner (19759) into the counterbored end of the wire guide.
4. Attach the curved front body to the gun.
5. Remove nozzle and contact tip from the straight front body and reassemble them to the curved front body. (See
Note)
NOTE: If using MIG-41 Gun made prior to 6/1/87, the front
end assembly used an external threaded tip adaptor
and different insulator assembly. See Form F-14-363
(Instructions for Mig-41 Gun) for details.
