heating to the pre-set temperature of 300 degrees F. (Illustration 2).and the

The recipe name characters include all characters on a standard english key board, including a
blank space.
Programing a name is simplest if only the lower case is used, otherwise this process can be time
consuming.
Lang offers a PDA program that save valuable time when programing and make recipe changes
quick and easy, once the programs have been entered into the PDA they can be infrared beamed
directly into the Lang oven.

Blower delay is used when a delicate product needs to
bake in a draft free environment.
From the programming mode of the selected Recipe;
Select the event in which the blower will be delayed.
Select the time the blower will be delayed.
Select the “dash” under the Bl and use the arrow key until
a “D” is shown.
Select Save to save the program.

when a product requires the
blower to cycle on and of at
specific time intervals.
From the programming mode of
the selected recipe;
Select the event the blower will be
pulsed.
Select the total event time.
Select the “dash” under the BL

A Pulse fan screen will prompt for
the Fan On time and Fan Off time.
Enter the desire cycle time and
select Save.
You will be returned to the
programming screen, select Save

We will enter the following recipe...
French Bread cooks at 425 for a total of 25 minutes,
Steam for 5 seconds at start of bake.
Open the vent for one minute after steam.
Close the vent and continue to bake at 425

From the events screen begin by
enter the time you wish the product to cook for
For this example we will use the following recipe;
Muffins, baked at 400 deg F for 35 minutes with the blower on for
1 minute and off for 2 miutes during the entire bake.
No steam and the vent closed.
Highlight the minutes in event #1
and enter 35 minutes
Highlight the temperature in event #1
and enter 400
Tap the - two times under Bl in event #1
A letter P followed by a letter T will be displayed
The P indicated a Pulse fan
the T indicated a time program
Tap the letter T
A pop-up screen will be displayed.
Enter the time in minutes and seconds that the fan will be off
