5-YEAR WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS: Scenery Solutions warrants to the original purchaser that
our products will be free from manufacturing defects for 5 years from delivery date of original purchase. This warranty
does not apply to defects caused by improper use, maintenance, or repair, or resulting from use or installation contrary
to the Scenery Solutions assembly and installation instructions. All claims under this warranty must be in writing within
30 days of the date of discovery and sent to Scenery Solutions at the address listed below, accompanied by proof of
purchase and return of the defective product. The total liability in respect of all or any claims covered by this guarantee
shall not exceed the original price paid for the Scenery Solutions product(s) purchased, excluding shipping. Product
return freight charges will be prepaid by the customer and refunded to the customer upon product inspection at our
warehouse. Purchaser expressly agrees that replacement of the defective products shall be the sole and exclusive
remedy for breach of any express or implied warranty. Scenery Solutions shall not be liable for installation costs of the
replacement product, nor shall it be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the defect.
