The Perfect Binder produces cover-bound books from 15 sheets up
to 1.5-inches thick (about 350 sheets of 20 lb. paper). It handles a
variety of cover types, including single-sided, glossy-coated, cutout
or transparent, in 30 - 90 lb. paper stocks. And even provides
milling and scoring capabilities, as well as paper waste collection.

Minimizing the need for operator attention, the Perfect
Binder offers fully-automatic, in-line binding for Letter and
A4 sizes. Or, you can bind off-line for books as small as
2.36" x 4" up to 12" x 14". Employing Hot Bind technolo-
gy, the Binder automatically mills spines and applies
adhesives, resulting in a high-quality finished product.
Add to that an Automatic Cover Feeder plus Output
Stacking Module for ready-to-pack book-stacking, and you
have the ideal productivity accessory for your on-demand
book-printing needs.
