During+the+diagnostic,+the+mobile+APP+will+begin+collecting+the +necessary+
engine+ data.+ Support+personnel+can+only+releas e+the+ELD +for+driver+us e+after+
all+ELD+diagnostics+were+ successfully+performed:

Each+driver+us ing+the+s ystem+will+have+a+unique+login+ID .+This+login+name+and+
pas sword+is +for+the+specific+drivers +use+only+and+mus t+not+be+s hared+with+
any+other+person+(driver+or+not).+The+login+name+ belongs+to+the+driver+and+is +
linked+to+the +driver’s+ pe r sonal+information+(e.g.+driver’s+license,+ e tcetera).+ If+
the+driver+changes+carrier+a nd+is+now+driving+for+a+different+carrier,+the+login+
name+will+remain+the+s ame+and+is +the+drivers +obligation+to+as k+the+home+
bas e+carrier+to+update+carrier+name+and+DOT+number+on+the+sys tem.
The+ driver+is +restricted+to+be+logged+on+to+only+one+mobile+device+at+any+
time.+ In+order+for+the+driver+to+logon+on+a+different+mobile+device,+the+driver+
must+change +to+off+duty+status+and+logout+from+the +pre vious+device.
Drivers(login(unlock.+In+an+event+the +driver+is+still+logged+on+a+device+but+the+
device+ceased+to+function+or+gets+los t,+the+driver+mus t+call+the+home+bas e+
carrier+and +as k+for+his+login+name+to+be+unlocked.+The+unlock+process+will+
chan ge+the+drivers +status +to+off+duty+at+the+time+the+driver+s olicited+the+login+
