These INSTRUCTIONS are for experienced operators. If you are not fully familiar with the principles of operation and safe
practices for arc welding equipment, we urge you to read out booklet, "Precautions and Safe Practices for Arc Welding,
Cutting and Gouging", Form 52-529. Do NOT permit untrained persons to install, operate, or maintain the equipment. Do
NOT attempt to install or operate this equipment until you have read and fully understand these instructions. If you do

INSTRUCTIONS for
The Remote Arc Starter (RAS) units along with the
above PT-20AM torches may be connected to PCM-
875, PCM-1125 and ESP-100i consoles. For installa-
tion and operating instruction for your cutting pack-
age, refer to the appropriate booklet with your con-
sole. For torch accessories, maintenance and parts
information, refer to PT20AM booklet F-15-114.
You can get extra copies of these booklets through
your supplier. You can also download copies from
www.esab.com.
