Q1: Why is the sound cracking?
Q & A:
A1: When the power of the amplifier exceeds the normal
output power, there will be large distortion. At this time, if you
turn down the volume of the front stage or the power amplifier,
it will be normal.
Q2: Why does the speaker make a loud electric sound?
A2: If the power supply is not original standard power supply,
please replace the power supply and test again. Many power
supplies on the market have high interference coefficients,
which can cause a lot of current sound.
Q3: Why is it that when I plug in the input cable and do not
connect the audio source, the speaker will make a lot of noise?
A3: If you use unshielded signal wire, there will be interference
signal into the power amplifier. If you feel the sound annoying,
it is suggested that you replace it with the shielded signal wire
or unplug the signal wire.
Q4: Why does my amplifier stop working after working for a
while, and then work normally after disconnecting for a while?
A4: Usually it is because the amplifier is overheated, the output
power may have exceeded the max power. At this point, you
can lower the volume and try again.
Q5: Why is it that the volume of the amplifier is not changed,
but the output volume is different when different audio sources
are connected (such as connecting a CD first and then a mobile
phone)?
A5: The output signal amplitude of different types of audio
equipment is different, normally 0.35mV for a mobile phone
and 1V for a CD. The output signal amplitude of sound source
will directly affect the sound volume.
Q6: Why is the high frequency not clear when first use the
amplifier, but the sound becomes better after it work for 8 hours?
A6: The speaker and amplifier are sensitive, there will be a time
of running-in for them. Normally it needs 10 hours of running for
this item and the speaker, and then the sound will be very good.
Warning:
Do not open the case. Improper operation may cause
electric shock.
Please use the switching power supply of legitimate
factories. Otherwise may cause damage to the machine.
Do not place the machine in high temperature and high
humidity.
