Rittal SK 3321 series is a fan-and-filter unit designed to provide environmental control for electrical enclosures. It features a self-starting shaded pole motor with a rated current of 69 mA and a nominal output of 12.5 W. The unit has a rated voltage of 230/50/60 volts and a frequency of 50/60 Hz. It has an airflow of 20/25 cubic meters per hour and a noise level of 41/46 dB (A). The unit is protected to IP 54 when used with filter mats and IP 55 when used with filter mats and a hose-proof hood. It has a temperature range of -10 °C to + 55 °C and is suitable for use in NEMA 1 environments.

2. Montage

Montagefolge 1 – 4 und Einbaulage beachten!

Luftrichtungsänderung durch Drehen des Ventilators

möglich. Schnellmontage-System für Filterlüfter und

Austrittsﬁlter.

Einfach einrasten und fertig.

3. Elektrischer Anschluss

Die Anschlussspannung und -frequenz müssen den

Nennwerten des Typenschildes entsprechen. Die

einschlägigen Vorschriften der örtlichen EVU sind zu

beachten.

Elektrischer Anschluss und evtl. Reparatur dürfen

nur von autorisiertem Fachpersonal durchgeführt

werden.

Nur Originalersatzteile verwenden!

4. Filterwechsel und Reinigung

Das Wechselintervall der Filtermatte ist je nach

Staubanfall und Betriebszeit individuell festzulegen.

Achtung! Filterwechsel rechtzeitig durchführen.

Eine verschmutzte Filtermatte führt zur Tempera-

turerhöhung im Schaltschrank!

Die Filtermatte kann durch Auswaschen oder Aus-

blasen gereinigt werden.

5. Lieferumfang

1 Filterlüfter, anschlussfertig,

1 Bohrschablone.

6. Garantie

Auf dieses Gerät gewähren wir, bei fachgerechter

Anwendung, 1 Jahr Garantie auf Material und

Herstellfehler vom Tage der Lieferung an.

7. Entsorgung

Die verwendeten Kunststoffteile sind wieder

verwertbar.

2. Montage

Respecter l’ordre des séquences de montage 1 – 4

et la position de montage !

Il est possible de changer la direction du courant

d’air en tournant le ventilateur.

Système de montage rapide pour les ventilateurs à

ﬁltre et pour les ﬁltres de sortie.

Il sufﬁt de les encliqueter et c’est tout.

3. Raccordement électrique

La tension et la fréquence de raccordement doivent

correspondre aux valeurs nominales inscrites sur la

plaque signalétique. Respecter les prescriptions en

vigueur de l’EVU ou de l’EDF.

Le raccordement électrique et les éventuelles répa-

rations ne doivent être exécutés que par du person-

nel qualiﬁé compétent. N’utiliser que des pièces de

rechange originales !

4. Changement des ﬁltres et nettoyage

L’intervalle souhaitable pour le changement des

cartouches ﬁltrantes dépend de la quantité de

poussière présente dans l’air et de la durée de

fonctionnement. Il doit donc être déﬁni de façon

individuelle.

Attention ! Le changement du ﬁltre doit être fait en

temps voulu : une cartouche ﬁltrante encrassée pro-

voque une élévation de la température dans

l’armoire électrique !

Il est possible de régénérer la cartouche ﬁltrante en

la lavant ou en la passant à l’air comprimé.

5. Composition de la livraison

1 ventilateur à ﬁltre prêt au raccordement,

1 gabarit de perçage.

6. Garantie

Pour l’appareil utilisé correctement, nous assurons sur

le matériau et les vices de fabrication une garantie

d’un an à compter du jour de la livraison.

7. Retraitement

Toutes les pièces en matière plastique utilisées dans

ces appareils sont recyclables.

2. Assembly

Observe sequence of assembly 1 – 4, and mounting

position!

Airﬂow direction can be changed by reversing the

ﬁtting of fan. Quick-assembly system for fan-and-ﬁlter

units and outlet ﬁlter.

Simply snap into place, and that’s it.

3. Electrical connection

Supply voltage and frequency must correspond to the

rated values stated on the nameplate. The relevant

requirements of the local electricity board must be

observed.

Electrical connection and repair must be carried out

by authorised specialist personnel only.

Use original spares only.

4. Filter replacement and cleaning

The frequency of ﬁlter replacements should be deter-

mined individually, depending on dust accumulation

and operating period.

Note: Filter replacement must be carried out in good

time.

A soiled ﬁlter mat will cause the temperature to rise

inside the enclosure!

The ﬁlter mat can be regenerated by washing or

blowing out.

5. Supply includes

1 fan-and-ﬁlter unit, ready for connection,

1 drilling template.

6. Guarantee

We will guarantee this unit, if used correctly,

for 1 year in respect of materials and manufacturing

faults, from the date of its supply.

7. Waste disposal

The plastic material used in the components can be

recycled.

2. Montage

Let op de montagevolgorde 1 – 4 en de inbouwstand!

Door het omkeren van de ventilator kan de lucht-

stroomrichting omgedraaid worden.

Snelmontagesysteem voor ventilator en ventilatie-

rooster, simpel inklikken.

3. Elektrische aansluiting

De aansluitspanning en netfrequentie moeten

overeenkomen met de nominale waarden vermeld

op het typeplaatje.

De plaatselijke voorschriften opvolgen.

Het elektrisch aansluiten en eventueel repareren

alleen door geautoriseerd vakpersoneel uit laten

voeren.

Alleen originele onderdelen gebruiken!

4. Filtermatten verwisselen en schoonmaken

De regelmaat waarmee ﬁltermatten vervangen of

schoongemaakt moeten worden is afhankelijk van de

vervuiling en de inschakelduur en moet per situatie

vastgelegd worden.

Let op! Filtermat op tijd vervangen of schoonmaken.

Een vervuilde ﬁltermat kan ertoe leiden dat de

temperatuur in de schakelkast te hoog wordt.

De ﬁltermat kan door uitwassen of doorblazen

schoongemaakt worden.

5. Levering

1 ventilator, aansluitgereed,

1 sjabloon.

6. Garantie

Op dit apparaat wordt een garantie van 1 jaar gege-

ven. De garantie geldt vanaf de dag van levering en

voorzover het apparaat vakkundig is gebruikt.

7. Recycling

De toegepaste kunststof materialen zijn recyclebaar.
