Active forever BT21000 is a device for monitoring your heart rate and other health indicators. It is equipped with an ECG module, a fabric conductive strap, a chest strap, and an elastic strap. It can measure your current heart rate, average heart rate in 6 optional periods, total time over the Low Limit of Target Zone, total time over the High Limit of Target Zone, current cardiovascular strength level. It can help you to find your Target Heart Rate Zone, which is important for getting the maximum benefits from exercise.
