“Best recording” will detect a motion event and
continue to record the clip until the motion has
stopped. There is no time limit on the clip length.
“Best power saving” will limit clip length, along with
an optional sleep period after each recording. If the
camera is not able to get full sun or there are a lot
of events, you may choose this option to save
battery.
“Recording only humanoid images” is the toggle for
PIR. If on, recording will be triggered by PIR
detection, not motion. If off, recording will be
triggered by motion (or also triggered by PIR.)
If settings were changed, click “Save Changes” and
return to the camera menu.
Click on “Intelligent detection settings”
Motion detection is active on the entire image by
default. If you want to exclude areas, choose
“Custom detection area” and highlight active areas.
Motion sensitivity can be adjusted up or down.
Click “Save Changes” and return to the camera
menu.
