IMPORTANT
• Clean with a soft, dry cloth.
• Do not use solvents or other chemicals to clean the exterior of the device.
Avoid dropping the unit as this may cause damage.
• Do not try to open the device, may cause damages and warranty will be void.
• Be careful to not install the wires close to electromagnetic noise sources (electric
engines, electric fence, power supplies) being that may distort the image.
HIGHLIGHTS
Due to the screen and camera with microphone in this video intercom you can watch
the people who rings at your door, then you can talk with them, easily and secure. You
can install an electric door lock* and open the door from the screen control.
The camera has a metallic case and it is water resistant, so you can install it outdoors.
It also has 4 LED lights that automatically turns on in low light conditions.
The 4.3” color screen has touch controls to answer when someone rings, activate the
camera any time, open the door and make some setting changes.

Camera
The optimal height to install the camera is between 1.40 and 1.70 m, from the camera
center until the fl oor (this is as reference).
Select the place to install the camera. We recommend
a solid surface (into a wall, under a ceiling, roof).

Note: The camera obtains energy from
the intercom. While it is connected, the ID
plate always is illuminated.

OPERATION MODES
Visitor call
When a visitor press the bell button, the intercom sounds and in the screen appears
the camera’s view. Also, the ID plate change the intensity of the light.
Note: When the camera detects a closed presence the night vision LED will light.
1. Press can talk with the visitor.
2. Press to open the electric lock.
3. Push to end the communication.
Note: If nobody answers, the intercom back to wait mode.
Monitoring
1. While is in wait mode, press the button to can see into the screen the exterior
image.

SYSTEM SETTINGS
1. Turn on the monitor and enter to the system settings, in the wait mode press

Image settings
1. In the wait mode press and then to display the volume, brightness,
contrast, color and size screen options.
2. Press to change the options and push to change the values.
TROUBLESHOOTING
No sound and image • Be sure that the device is connec-
ted to a power supply.
• Review the connections in accord
with the diagram.
• Verify the wires status; can be
damaged or cutted.
Image with noise or unclear • Verify the connections; some cable
could disconnected.
• Adjust the brightness and contrast
controls
The door can’t be open • Review the connection of the
electric lock.
•Check that the electric lock it’s
compatible with this device.

WARRANTY
This Steren product is warranted under normal usage against defects in workmanship and ma-
terials to the original purchaser for one year from the date of purchase.
CONDITIONS
1.- This warranty card with all the required information, invoice, product box or package, and
product, must be presented when warranty service is required.
2.- If the product stills on the warranty time, the company will repair it free of charge.
3.- The repairing time will not exceed 30 natural days, from the day the claim was received.
4.- Steren sell parts, components, consumables and accessories to customer, as well as warran-
ty service, at any of the addresses mentioned later.
THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IN THE NEXT CASES:
If the product has been damaged by an accident, acts of God, mishandling, leak batteries,
failure to follow enclosed instructions, improper repair by unauthorized personnel, improper safe
keeping, among others.
