This guide will cover the steps required to safely remove the battery unit on a Motorola V180. As well
as installing a new battery unit. Before using this guide, it is recommended to review the Motorola
v180 manual to understand more about the battery use, installing and charging of the battery unit.
Before beginning replacing the battery unit, make sure to power off the phone completely and
disconnect it from any external power source. Also, it is strongly recommended to use only Motorola
original batteries to not cause any damage to the phone.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

Flip over the phone, press down the button and slide off the back cover.
