Adjusting the cutting height
Fig. 2
Warning! Only when the motor is switched off and the cutter blade is stationary!
The cutting height is set by adjusting the wheels.
Each wheel can be adjusted to one of three cutting heights. The machine can be used only
when all wheels are set to the same height.
Loosen the wheels' hubs by turning the hubcaps anticlockwise. Remove them, together
with the wheels, from the machine.
Mount the hubs and the wheels at the required height, and tighten them again. Make sure
they are secure.
Cable-holder
Fig. 3
Insert the extension cable's socket in the machine's switch/plug connection, and secure with
the cable-holder. The loop in the cable must be long enough to allow the cable to slide in the
cable-holder from one side to the other.
4. OPERATION

(Fig. 6).
skubber plæneklipperen for hurtigt.
Fig. 5
Kontroller altid
skærebladene, før du begynder at bruge maskinen. Få skærebladet slebet eller udskiftet af en
specialist, når det er påkrævet.
Advarsel!
5. SERVICE & VEDLIGEHOLDELSE
Service & vedligeholdelse
Tag ledningen ud at stikket, før vedligeholdelsen begynder!
maskinen. Kemikalier kan angribe plastikdelene.
DK
Ferm 73
mm
2
(maksimum længde: 75 m). Brug en passende H05VV-F 1.0 mm
2
ledning.
3. MONTERING
Montering af plæneklipperen
Se fig. 1
Tilpasning af skærehøjde
Fig. 2
Advarsel!
Ledningsholder
Fig. 3
4. BETJENING
Tænd/sluk-knap
Fig. 4
Advarsel!
For at
position.

Make sure than all fastenings (screws, nuts, etc.) are tight.
Regularly check the grass box for wear.
Select the cutting height according to the condition of your lawn and the height of the
grass.
For best results, mow tall grass in layers. The recommended height of the grass cut each
time is a maximum of 4 centimetres.
Mowing the grass when it is dry will achieve the best result.
Make sure that the cutting blades can turn at full speed; the machine may not be
overloaded.
•To protect the power cord, make sure that it is lying on the ground behind you as you mow
(Fig. 6).
Start mowing slowly by slowly pushing the machine forwards. If the cutting blades slow
down or the motor stops then you have selected the incorrect cutting height, or you are
pushing the lawnmower too quickly.
Empty the grass box immediately it is full; failure to do so may cause the cutter blade to
seize, or overload the motor.
The cutting blades
Fig. 5
A worn cutter blade will result in a poor cut, and will overload the motor. Always check the
cutter blade before you start using the machine. Have the cutter blade sharpened or replaced
by a specialist when so required.
Warning! Remove the plug from the socket, and wear protective gloves.
To remove the cutter blade (C) hold it tight to prevent it turning whilst unscrewing bolt (B) with
the spanner (A) supplied with the machine. Remove the cutter blade, and replace it with a new
one.
5. SERVICE & MAINTENANCE
Service & maintenance
Remove the plug from the socket before starting maintenance work!
Maintenance and cleaning
Regularly cleaning and maintaining the machine will improve its performance and prolong
its useful life.
Each time you have finished mowing, clean any grass and soil from the fan, cutter blade,
housing, and grass box.
Use only a damp cloth (hot water) and a soft brush to clean the machine. Make sure the
machine always stays dry!
Never use cleaning agents or solvents. These could cause irreparable damage to your
machine. Chemicals can attack plastic parts.
Applying an environmentally-friendly oil to the cutter blade will protect it from rust when
the machine is not used for a longer period.
