Beginner Skill Level | 1-2 Hour Crafting Time
1. Apply strips of painters tape around the planter box.
2. Dip the spouncer into one color of paint, tap off the excess paint and dap the spouncer onto the planter
box in one of the masked off sections. Repeat this with each color in a different section. Allow to dry.
3. Punch circles from the scrapbook paper, apply a coat of Mod Podge to the back of the papers, position
the papers onto the planter, smooth with your fingers and top-coat the entire planter box with Outdoor
Mod Podge.
Tip: Create layered stripes by painting smaller stripes over dried chunky stripes
